  4. beautifull! what did you do to the lights?
  5. Great work as always Sergey! Have been wanting that kit for some time but the many parts always scared me a bit.
  6. Cool! Will be following
  7. Nice bug! Love the story, and since i have only seen som of the movie, hey I am from the ‘80’s, I had not noticed it before you brought it up ?
  8. Thanks for the warning! I will keep that in mind!
  9. Hehe, Yes it will be good, have been thinking of this for a while.. proboably because of your's and Ghost_33's builds SO I do blame you a bit for this Always nice with inspiration Will try to keep that stance, but I will need to get the chassi to come up more, body lover over the chassi. Even thinking if the way is to chop the orinal interior floor out. glue the tunnel directly to the chevelle board and smothen it with putty as if there is carpet. Thansk for your comment! I apriciate it! Thanks for all the coments!
  10. Made some engine progress.. ho knew that Revell truck engine is way different than C5 z06 engine. Here is a hybrid with corvette cylinder heads, truck block, pulleys and sow on. Not a perfect match need to re think that. But C5 Z06 sump worked fine. Will se if I need to chopp transmissions of..
  11. Might have accidentally bought my entry.. it’s a started build though so I need to se what stage it’s in and in what shape.. might be more work if I need to strip the chassis completely
  12. Found this: fender “remove” piece is the same so I guess it’s the MPC. To bad would love having a 1/24 corvette.
  13. No plated parts or glass is included, only what can be seen here. I was looking at the Monogram kits and they seem to have the A pillar integrated in the glass. Also the monogram have manual transmission. You might be right. Yes I think so to, probably not stored well.
  14. The seller on Swedish e Bay have it only listed as corvette. Seller is listing it for 5usd as seen on the pictures below. I am suspecting it to be the AMT ZR-1. What talks against it is that it looks to be an automatic transmission in the second picture and at least my later '95 AMT ZR-1 have an manual all chrome transmission. Found this box. is this the kit?
  15. Sweeet! Looks brutal! would love to take it to some dirt roads
  16. Thansk Guys! I think it will be good.
  17. Thanks for those tips! I was looking at your body and could almost figure it out. ? great ideas!
  18. So I picked up a old project of mine.. originally intended to be a tribute to the Blackout SS. As the owner, a Swedish car magazine guru Bostic, put it pack in the day on his website “Home of the Quickest, Fastest and Heaviest Street driven Impala SS on the Planet!” www.blackout.nu Bostic is a lovely guy and when I contacted him back then he even sent me a t-shirt with the Blackout SS on, and I promised to send a picture back when the impala was done.. problem was it never got done. It snowballed for my 13-year-old self, with brass cage and front sub frame, and since I had no god solder it was a mission impossible, custom rear end that did not work, so it got cut away and a C5 corvette rear end was being mocked up in there.. so you can bet the original chassis is a mess and well beyond saving. The interior got a center console and planned to have a floor shifter as the ‘96 cars have. Seats was thrown out and a set of supra seats was supposed to sit in their place. Some body mods were also made, boot was opened and started to build the interior, allot trims was removed, and front bumper got openings more like the Bostic Impala and a different shape. The new plan for 2021 is to use a full chassis from the Revell ‘67 Chevelle with mods to accommodate the wide and long Impala boddy chassi will also normal bracing in the front for a drag car, will se on front suspension if it will be the Chevelle, Impala or some thing else. I will try to keep the interior, need to get hold of stock front seats, but move the back seat forward so I get clearance for the tires and so they remain centered in the opening. Tires are a different thing, I don’t like the look of the AMT tires that I have but they are better size than the Revell tires which would need the back seat to go even further forward. I see if I find something that I like better.. Front wheels I am not sure of yet, have a 1/24 funny car coming in soon that have the same wheels as Bostic run so I might go with them. Engine will be a truck LS with automatic trans, LS6 intake and a procharger. This might be a slow progress build, depending on how I feel when building it. And a big thanks to stitchdup in Scotland for sending me a spare boddy, my missing lamp and all the glas! Seen bellow on the table is the AMT chassi from the ’67 Chevelle kit. I intended to use this and even cut it to try go get it to fit but its so little C chape over the rear end so it got replaced by the Revell one. The cut Revell chassis with the huge take outs for tires. Original ‘94 impala front suspension placed in the 67 frame.. odly enough, it almost fits. The planned stance, will see if i can get it this low: Here the seat can be seen that have ben cut out and placed back in again but about "2 inches forward. Before the seat was cut out. Comments ideas and criticism are welcome
