  4. Well, I just read the first page of this topic and couldn’t believe how quickly it went off the hook. Both ridiculous and funny. My opinion: Anything that’s awesome deserves to be pronounced correctly... I mean, at least don’t butcher it! Porsh-uh is fair enough From the high end bicycle industry there is an Italian company that produces some of the best components in the world... It’s called Campagnolo. I’ve only heard it pronounced correctly by people who are quite knowledgeable in the bicycle industry, and even some of them have it wrong. Anyone here care to have a crack at it?
  5. That’s sad to hear! Wishing him the best... This is the first time I’ve seen this post. Very beautiful car and a professional build!
  6. Maybe honey mustard yellow? ....looks like that crack filler spray foam insulation that hardens
  7. Hitting the ‘reply to topic’ sometimes goes to blank white screen over and over again EDIT. sorry, never mind, it’s way down at bottom of page. I didn’t scroll far enough

  9. Oohooo witchy woman...
  10. Just for comparison, this is a Monogram GT350 I started on... the fenders on it look to be slightly differently shaped than yours. All said, I would tend to agree with what 65slotcar posted above
  11. Ok... well I don’t know my Country Squires very well, but it was close enough that I immediately recognized it?....So, what year is the one shown above?
  12. On the right side rear, you could place a stiff piece of paper behind the wheel well and tape it in place, then lightly and carefully trace along the edge of the fender with a fine point marker. After you have that pattern, you can cut it out and flip it over and use it as a template for the other side. It should help you pinpoint which section of the fender needs cut away.
  13. Whack-o - whack-o - whack-o !!!
  14. Wow! The Country Squire like in Ford v Ferrari.... “a real hot rod” Ive been wondering if that car was ever made as a scale model. I bet this thing’s super rare!
  15. Nice fabrications so far on the body Mark? I have a good feeling about where it’s going
  16. Sure thing Tom, and good luck!
  17. Tom, first I must say that this ‘37 Pierce Arrow is a beautiful little trailer, especially when combined with the car. Gorgious!! Im not sure I understand your question correctly however... It seems that if you spray down blue, then apply rivet decals, then spray another coat of blue over top of decals, then the decals will disappear under the second coat of paint. Unless perhaps you are thinking of some sort of 3D type decal where the rivet bumps are raised, then your thought seems to be the appropriate method... but I am not aware of any kind of 3D decals. You might consider starting a new topic about this subject and possibly get some ideas stirring from a larger group of people. Maybe title it something like ‘Best way to make tiny rivets?’ ...Sorry Tom, wish I could be of better help.
