  1. Love the two tone, love the brown even more, it’s adds an elegant look to a sinister powered hot rod!
  2. @David G. looks awesome, I’ll check it out all over again in the finished section.
  3. @customline here Jim, just to show that it does indeed tuck the tire nicely when it’s straight.
  4. Thank you David G, had some issues with the way the back was sitting so I have had to push the frame back into the shop for adjustments. Someday I’m just going to build one in Primer as I love the blank canvas look, especially in red oxide.
  5. Just noticed it will be non North American steering! Nice touch sir!
  6. Cup holders look good from here, they look like they are from an era before the big gulp was the standard size of travelling beverage! Perfect size for a can of soda pop! Or even a frosty top barley pop( but we don’t do that )
  7. But the main thing is that you got to shoot some primer!
  8. Bill I do like a chop as well!
  9. Hey Brian, congrats on the completion! It’s a great feeling I’m sure.
  10. They sit a little nicer when I don’t pose it with them turned!
  11. I used 1/16 rod to replace the pins as that way I can have a positive glueable mount! I threw the metal pins in the bottom of some box.
  12. Thanks Jim, I’m liking it again, this one is playing nice so it gets the spotlight on the bench! Hoping to get some colour shot this weekend!
  13. Chassis mods are complete so it was time to get a bit of colour there.
  14. Thank you Larry!
  15. Ok let’s get this back on track(ish). When we last left our hero… whoops wrong backstory! Ok we left off at an exhaust system so let’s continue there. Using bits n cuts from the stock exhaust of the AMT 34 ford coupe kit we can start to see a basic keep it legal Johnny/avoid the fuzz style. It will terminate just at the rear axle. And that will almost lead us up to some paint on the frame, I’ll be using the stock lever shocks as this is a high schooler hotrod. more soon
  16. Well for a newbie you are ticking a lot of the right boxes Emre, not sure how I missed this one but well done!
  17. Nicely done David.
  18. I like the prototype engine/heads! Clean build overall!
  19. Wow, I’m impressed by the fitment of the doors and trunk, your model has better panel gap than some cars I’ve seen 1:1.
  20. @NerdmanB both look great Brian, can’t wait to see the third one!
  21. Thank you Ken, and no I’m a native son so I don’t need to get an Honorary title, I was born with it.
  22. That’s a neat detail on the muffler, I’m sure it could move onto another use with some work, that being said I’m not going to buy a Sledsel kit just for it though!
  23. For some reason I thought you were further along?
  24. Thank you Michael, i really enjoyed the build for this one.
  25. Thanks man, I want to dial the back down a little more. Could be both lol
