  1. Radically insane! Two thumbs up!
  2. Jon Cole

    mk1 golf

    Looks good!
  3. How anyone can build so much, so well, in such short amount of time, is just amazing. That looks great!
  4. All I can tell you, is that I just signed up with them a few hours ago. I just had a similar problem on Fotki, seems (part of) the problem is too much content. Is your PB account near maxed out?
  5. So humid, we been swatting fish instead of flies!
  6. Well, I just signed on with Photobucket. Uploaded 126 pics. I watched Gregg's "How-to" on using PBucket here on the boards... let's see if it works for me: SUCCESS! Now, peace and happiness is mine! Or... something like that.
  7. One of my personal favorite box art would be this 330 P4 by Fujimi
  8. I have heard this described as one of the best
  9. 50-50..... hmm, I will go with "real". NO! Wait! Umm.... Okay, "real".
  10. And I should be enlightened that I have a 50-50 chance of getting this right? How about we settle for an Auto ID on this instead? I can get that!
  11. Anxiously awaiting more updates on this one!
  12. Are you referring to the Can Am? The cycle that makes me think "training wheels".
  13. Can I have multiple albums in Photobucket? If so, can I transfer pics from one album, to another? Thx.
  14. I cannot get my photos to upload onto Fotki. I am (and always have) used their original batch uploader. I tried to download one of their "easy" download programs with no apparent success. I am running Windows 7. I cannot understand why something I have been using for almost 9 years suddenly stops working. Any help?
  15. Yup. Once everyone has been fed, and has their shots, they're a good bunch!
  16. No. Thunderbird, late 80's maybe.
  17. So, is there racing.... between all these commercials? Had to share the TV, never did see the Deltawing run. Like a lot of radical new ideas, it (apparently) still needs sorting out. Read an update somewhere that a driver involved in an incident has a broken back. Hope he heals. Apparently, lots of on-track incidents? I have seen a few Ferrari in the sand traps. Lots of catagories this year. How many? And... hybrids? I suppose, if you think of LeMans as a giant test run for engineering.
  18. I use a wire coat hanger. It is shown upside down. The tip of the hook is cut off, and spread to form two legs, a vise grip works as the third leg, and a pendulum for swinging the body around to paint all sides. The body is held on with 1" wide tape.
  19. Good deal, George! Be sure to have a sharp #11 blade. I will often have one blade for trimming from the sheet, and another for trimming the foil once on the car. Some people don't even put the blade in a handle, just hold it between the thumb and index finger. Use just enough pressure to make it stay put, then after it's all trimmed, go back and burnish it down. A little bit of luck, skill, and practice will be your friend!
  20. Just turned on TV to SPEED, race is on. I was under the impression that the new deltawing would be on the track. Is it?
  21. That is sooo sharp!
  22. I was bored one day, so I borrowed the "no avatar" image, and had some fun with it in my PrintMaster program. Just a mash up of various images from Google. Plus it expresses my desire to not take life too seriously. EDIT: Scratch that! Changed it again! Now it's GW rockin' the Challenger! I bet he would have approved.
  23. ...or too lazy to post an avatar. :P
  24. Nope! Actually, his business manager sent him to the factory in China, where they chained his ankle to the tampo printing machine. For a few months. So in a way, yeah, it's just like he signed it!
