  1. Wing windows! Wish those would make a comeback! And crank windows back in the day... were easy to crank! One of our company 2000-something Caravans (actually several) have crank windows, real tight & hard to crank. They can't even do old school right.
  2. I always pronounced it "Tah-Mi-ah". Doubt I will change that, right or wrong.
  3. I heard that it is pronounced like the card game... "Poker"
  4. So, I am supposed to e-mail you my guess? Because I want to be the first to say... it's obviously an 1888 WankerDoodle!
  5. Maybe a link? I searched "Ford Super Duty" and "Ford Truck" on Ebay model pages, found nothing. (NOTE- the OP added the link after I posted this)
  6. The corrected '58 Plymouth is still in need of completion. It's too nice not to finish. Won't likely be a Savoy, a Fury, or the Belvedere. I'm leaning towards a mild cleaned up Custom. I just started the Hudson, after that the Plymouth is one of two models I want to get to.
  7. I built the '77 Trans Am, a Revell Pre-paint metal body kit. Very nice kit... much better than the AMT, imho
  8. ARRR! So I have just ONE more plug hole to drill... snap the drill bit! Good thing I have spares. Not THAT size.... But I do have spares. Poop. Oh well.
  9. Thanks for bringing this to our attention, Steve!
  10. Perhaps they already did. Perhaps they didn't find what they were looking for. Who are we to judge?
  11. Well, there goes your "Witness Protection" cover.
  12. This could turn into a slippery subject
  13. Your're not a true Ohana until you run around your block wearing just a lei...
  14. Wicked! Not another run-of-the-mill model!
  15. Steve- luv that 57 Chebby!
  16. SCRAPE! This may be available in resin? If not, it should be. Dodge '68 or '69 'Topless' Charger...
  17. I'll try to add pics of stuff that may be possible in scale...
  18. It's just a personal collection! I never claimed it had everything! And I never saw that movie... and that pic does nothing to change my mind!
  19. Really? I would say that the rear right definitely went into the wall, impacting with enough force to cause some flex to the rear axle assembly. Enough so that if it had no effect, it would be one heck of a coincidence
  20. This guy found out the hard way! http://carscoop.blogspot.com/2011/09/video-chevy-camaro-dragster-rear-axle.html
  21. I thought this should be passed along... as found on another site: Moebius Hudson Instruction sheet errors Posted By: Dave Metzner <dmetzner47@comcast.net> Date: Monday, 26 September 2011, at 6:44 p.m. There are two errors on the instruction sheet for the 1953 Hudson Coupe kit.. The part number call outs for the vent window glass are transposed as are the numbers for the Side view mirrors - these errors have been corrected already for any future issues of the kit - including the Tim Flock version..
  22. Over 1300 pics, arranged alphabetically. If you don't find what you seek, I may have listed it under diff. title. Example: General Lee may be listed as such, or as "Dukes..." Oh, if you find blanks with a red "X", that's just Fotki losing my photos. Wish I could recommend them, but I can't. http://public.fotki.com/JCole/11_celebrity_rides/
  23. They're coming. By the thousands. Be prepared.
