  1. You know, it does seem to get easier to "let it slide" as we get older. Oh, I may get all wound up when something goes wrong, but then I will either go with plan B, or just walk away. I doubt I will ever mellow out 100%, but what I do experience, is less radical or intense.
  2. Wow! What a kewl paint job! Great airbrush work!
  3. I don't "Bay", so I am curious, these sellers that are trying to strike gold, do they have to pay a posting fee? Is it possible they get stuck with more fees each time they re-post? I have heard the term "FeeBay", just wondering how anyone makes a profit after fees.
  4. Hope everyone has a Great Thanksgiving!
  5. It.... is the same tooling... as Revell's SWC kit, first issued (approx) ten years ago. The tooling is well recieved. Goes together great.
  6. 6 of one... 1/2 dozen of the other. I dunno. It sure looks real. Thus my vote... real.
  7. OMG. OMG. omg!!! My jaw fell off. My eye popped out. Impressed... would be an understatement!
  8. Not only that, but if you need to quote a post with four or five pics, you can always delete some of those photos from the quote, leaving only the one you actually need.
  9. Wicked! A Deals Wheels Willys!
  10. Chrysler becomes Fiat (and vice versa), so we will end up with... And Jeeps? The next Jeep will be... Except they won't even be a true 4x4. But on the good side, the gear box will use Marinara sauce for a lube.
  11. "So I'm just driving along in my van, when I see in the rear view mirrors a speedboat approaching at high speed! I was so startled, I slammed on the brakes! And that, officer, is how the boat got into my van."
  12. Scott, that is awesome!
  13. Real sharp! How did you get the white border on the text on the green background?
  14. Read his post again.
  15. Maybe the OP should post that they locked their own thread as a final post before doing so, as a common courtesy. Otherwise, we will likely assume the moderators did it.
  16. More pics, please! Want to see... especially glass & acrylic cases.
  17. Hundreds of magazines.... which I am in the process of throwing out. My new reference source.. the internet. I will keep a few mag sets. For now my model magazines are save. So are the Vintage Motorsport. Oh.... it's a storage space issue. Or the lack of.
  18. Probably more accurate than they care to admit!
  19. The Maybach is just an alternative for the Limousine crowd. Not much of a ‘drivers car’; more of a ‘chauffer my butt around’ car. Much like a Rolls Royce. I don’t think we have many here fitting that description, including myself. When it comes to what we would buy if we had a million to spare, I suggest that be separated into two categories- new, and everything else.
  20. This is beyond cool! THANK YOU, MOEBIUS!
  21. A Hudson with attitude! Do like!
  22. This was my Courier. Style is previous to the one the model kit shows. Wish this was available in scale!
  23. Without headlight covers... So just how many "FerrVettes" (Corvarri?) did they use during filming?
