  1. Nice looking little Hot Rod you got there Steve. Love that color.
  2. Yup.....very kewl story and great looking trucks. I'm kinda parcal to the AD trucks as I have a 1949 5 window Restomod 1:1.
  3. Looking pretty sharp so far Scott. I like your 123 blocks. I retired a year ago and was a CMM programmer. I used them all the time on my setups.
  4. Thanks for posting the video Carl. I like watching old barn finds.
  5. Nice looking. You have a good eye for detail.

    1970 Hemi Cuda

    That's one tuff looking Cuda.
  8. I like the color choices for your Challenger. Looking good so far.
  9. Well Maxx.....you might as well get onboard and shoot Reveal and email for a replacement.
  10. Pretty slick looking Honda. That midnight purple looks great.
  11. Nicely done. Love the old fat fender coupes.
  12. I think your right Chang. Thanks for the info.
  13. I originally had the body painted with Testors Red but after close inspection I noticed "X's" on the body and a "dot" on both sides of the body. I striped the body, sanded, and repainted it again. Still had the "dots" on both sides of the body. I striped it again and this time painted it with Anita's acrylic paint. I no longer see the "X's" or "dots" but the paint just looks funny to me. I have two of these kits and had the same results with the second body as well. I'm not stripping it again. It is what it is. The last two pics is the final paint job without clear.
  14. James. I'd go ahead and contact Revell anyway. If you do repair the one you have then you'll have and spare for the parts box.
  15. Haha.....guess I did. I was just looking at a fellows Vette so I guess I still had it on my mind.
  16. That looks super sharp. Great detail work on the engine. Paint looks great.
  17. Nice looking GT 500. What paint and clear did you use on the body?
  18. Good looking Vette.
  19. Nice looking Vette. That white looks Super clean. Great job.
  20. That's a good looking Ford GT. Blue is my favorite color so I like it.
  21. Thanks James. I appreciate the comment.
  22. I just checked a couple Ollie's locations near me and there current flyer has no mention of model cars.
  23. Saw these yesterday at a festival.
  24. Looks like it works really well. No smell and not bothering your skin sounds good to me. I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of a price tag they put on it and what the shipping cost is. I tried Super Clean for the first time last week and after 3 days of soaking a body it would not take all the Rust-Oleum clear Lacquer off. It kinda crystalized it in the corners and had to be chipped and scraped off.
  25. Nice looking Chris. I use 4000, 6000, then 12000 when wet sanding. When polishing I use Meguiar's Mirror Glaze then Novus 2. I use to use Rust-Oleum 2X gloss clear but the last few paint jobs has been the Rust-Oleum acrylic lacquer. Yeah using a dremel is just to much of a chance of burning through for me. This is how my black paint job turned out.
