  1. Saw these yesterday at a festival.
  2. Looks like it works really well. No smell and not bothering your skin sounds good to me. I guess we'll have to wait and see what kind of a price tag they put on it and what the shipping cost is. I tried Super Clean for the first time last week and after 3 days of soaking a body it would not take all the Rust-Oleum clear Lacquer off. It kinda crystalized it in the corners and had to be chipped and scraped off.
  3. Nice looking Chris. I use 4000, 6000, then 12000 when wet sanding. When polishing I use Meguiar's Mirror Glaze then Novus 2. I use to use Rust-Oleum 2X gloss clear but the last few paint jobs has been the Rust-Oleum acrylic lacquer. Yeah using a dremel is just to much of a chance of burning through for me. This is how my black paint job turned out.
  4. That's a looker. Great foil work and the color is fantastic.
  5. Nice looking. I like all the work in the engine bay. That color is kewl as we!!.
  6. Looking good so far. I never had a Malibu but always liked the body style.
  7. Pretty kewl looking build. That color looks nice.

  11. Here's my latest.
  12. Lots of nice looking 29 Roadsters. I'm currently working on one. I think more post like this should be created for other models. Nice to see all the same models in one thread.
  13. I gotta tell ya....that's one sweet looking ride dude. The color makes this 37. Great job on the build.
  14. Thanks Andrew. I have repacements coming from Revell. Shoot them an email for your replacement. Like my grandaddy use to say....hope for the best and expect the worst.
  15. Boy that is looking pretty slick.
  16. Thanks Carl. I'm also glad that Revelll is standing behind their product.
  17. Thanks Colin.
  18. That's looking pretty good Craig. The deep matallic blue looms great.
  19. Point taken. I remember your build Greg. Nice looking 29.
  20. I got the wheels and tires glued together and the radiator. I mix up some Testors semi gloss black and lacquer thinner for the black wash. On the hubcaps I worked the black wash into the lettering with a tooth pick then cleaned it off with a fine point Qtip and lacquer thinner. For the radiator I brushed the black wash on. Came out pretty good.
  21. Thanks for the info Chang.
  22. Thanks Dave. Looks like Revell is going to take care of me but it will take a while to get the parts like last time.
  23. The dash and engine detail looks great. Those flames look pretty killer. Great old school look.
  24. Great job and love the red. Pics are coming up a little small on my laptop to see your great work.
  25. Nicely done. Good looking color combo and foil work. You always see more of the 55 & 57 Chevy's models and not many of the 56.
