Cute little buggy, Great color choice. I like the base , it gives context to the model.

A really nice kit , fun to build but,,, a lot of small tiny parts,(mainly the trim) a miracle I didn't loose any in the floor black hole. You have to be careful when removing them from the sprue as they are strongly attached to the tree. A good thing so they don't get loose, a not so good thing as they are a pain to clean up being so tiny but once cleaned they fit perfectly in place. I tried to match the box art. I remember a teacher from high school , she had one exactly like this. These are my favorite BMW's (I know, color me old school ). Very classy, just as her owner. A lot of small parts but the result is a fine replica. I had fun and frustration building it , my aging, shaky hands not always helping, patience patience and more patience. It could be better but, all in all, I am quite happy with it. As always friends, thanks for your time.

As you said not everybody's cup of tea (me included) but you did an awesome job on bringing this kit to a higher standard and the trim is super clean. It looks gorgeous in this color combo. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks Roger. Thanks James. Tamiya is quite big , I would not be surprised if they did. Thanks Helmut. Thanks Gary Thanks Bruce. Thanks Rich. Merci Pierre. I have been experimenting different metallic paint and the AK extreme metal is a good substitute for testors metallizer ( my all time favorite metallic paint). -

Nice and clean and the paint job is awesome.

Not my usual subject but it looks cool, at least to me. Being a Tamiya kit, it almost builds itself. There are some delicate parts but they fit really well and the instructions are pretty clear. Tamiya lacquer black and pure red. A lot of decals but easy to put on. I happy how it turned out. Not my usual cup of tea but a nice kit to build.

A black/red impala, can't go wrong with that. Beautiful and precise trim work.

Very nice chevy. Great contrast of the paint and a perfect trim.

Gorgeous as it is, really. It's a beautiful model great color combo. Like others have said, just keep this one and build another one they are now under AMT brand but this is the same kit. This goes to show that you can still build a really beautiful model even if you don't have the latest materials and tech to do it.

Here is my only jo-han kit. I had several back then but they were all lost when we had to sell the house. I did not have time to save them. Over 400 models lost in one day. This is the turbine car full kit. Just to think that you could have these for 5 to 8 bucks really make us appreciate them more today.

Awesome conversion and a great paint scheme. Top notch! -
The revell kit is a nice little gem, a pure joy to build. Your build looks so cool in orange. The wide white walls give it a classy touch.

Built a few weeks ago. I saw this as an open box sale at my LHS and brought it home as a shelve companion to the ZZtop eliminator. Box stock and custom mix Acrylics top coated with TS13. I wish it had better spoke wheels but over all I am pleased how it turned out. Nice of you to drop by and look. Thanks.
