  1. Thanks Brian. I'll try those tips.
  2. Grifters - Crappin' You Negative.
  3. War Pigs - Flaming Lips. Black Sabbath cover. Live on Jools.
  4. I'm using that Testors glue that's supposed to be specifically for clear parts (i.e. windshields), and no matter how careful I think I'm being, I always manage to get an unsightly smudge or haze of some kind after its all over. What would be the best way to remove this smudge without harming the clear plastic?
  5. Both were groundbreaking icons. R.I.P. M*A*S*H was also a great show and in some cases groundbreaking too. R.I.P. Burt.
  6. Innocence Mission - Glow. This band is from Lancaster PA. My friend who was a drummer in another band met them in some studio right before they were about to take off and was hyping them up to us. They didn't seem to get as big as we all thought they would. Good band just the same.
  7. Heard it Through the Grapevine - Paul Weller and Amy Winehouse. Live on Jools. Norman Whitfield/Barrett Strong cover.
  8. Now that all the heavy lifting is finished, I'm concentrating on the little details. I made this gun rack out of some styrene straps with spots for the bow and fishing rod. With any luck this will hang on the interior wall.
  9. Social Distortion - Somewhere Between Heavan and Hell.
  10. Free Again - Teenage Fanclub. Alex Chilton cover.
  11. Not sure if this should go under car or truck. It's a little of both. These tires are a little too big for my taste but would be nice for somebody that wants to build a 1/16 or 1/18 monster truck. I'll put them in the trade section soon.
  12. I tried to do a picture search on Google for some old models and none came up. when I first put the tags up they worked pretty good. Do they expire after a while?
  13. Colorblind James Experience - First Album.
  14. I Must Have Been Blind - This Mortal Coil. Tim Buckley cover.
  15. Really nice so far.
  16. Thanks Scott I'll be sure to ask him when I place my order for the '73 Ford grills.
  17. Thank you, Chaz. The blue sounded good on paper but after I got it on there, I regretted the decision. After spending a small fortune on the special flocking and corresponding blue cement, I wound up going back to the fabric that I bought by the yard at HL. Still got a little fine tuning but it's coming down the home stretch. Also, gotta get that ugly glue smudge off of the inside of the windshield. This glue is supposed to be specifically for clear parts. Coud have fooled me. Should I try thinner? Or would that make it worse? Anybody?
  18. Starting to take shape. Didn't glue the frame onto the body yet. Just had to make sure there were no fitment issues with the grill and the lights. Still waiting for that drivers side light to dry before I attempt to glue on the other. Now comes the paint detail and the rest of the glass. Soon will be in the under glass section . Oh boy!
  19. Nice! My cousin had a '69 Mach 1 in the same color back in the 80s. 428 SCJ with the drag pack, 4 speed, black interior, with the sports slats. The thing was ridiculously fast. It even came with a parts car in the same color. He bought it off some guy who worked at a local muffler shop. Wound up trading it in on an 80s Blazer. I never miss an opportunity to rib him about how big a mistake he made even to this day. ?
  20. Not sure if this is the correct section for this post but some of these war dioramas are next level stuff. part 1 of 2-part video.
  21. Absolutely. That would work Scott. Would you get Charles to print it?
  22. Queens of the Stone Age - Queens of the Stone Age.
  23. My Bloody Valentine - Map Reference 41 N 93 W. Wire cover.
  24. Thanks! These are really inexpensive too.
