Reissue of Warren Tope's '73 Trans-Am Mustang
Casey replied to '70 Grande's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Where does this kit fit in? Is this considered the AMT '73 Mustang "annual" so to speak, even though it appears it can only be built as a race car? Did this kit precede the Warren Tope version? -

Yes, I just edited and it worked fine. Try editing it again yourself, please, and LMK if it works. -

I know there are some funky things which happen in the Model Trucks when using attachments, but I'm not sure why you aren't able to edit that topic title. -

AMT '58 Plymouth Belvedere CHRISTINE kit
Casey replied to cooltoys1's topic in Car Kit News & Reviews
Does this kit contain a (mostly?) correct Poly-head engine? Not concerned if it's correct for the book/movie car(s), just want to know if and/or how close it is to matching the look of the real engine. -
Late 1st quarter 2015 it looks like. Delayed 'til March.

I think they only offered the two front end conversions. -

I don't think anyone makes them, Steve. -
He has two accounts it appears, since he already has this account?: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showuser=1203 I can find no active account with "Misterlengends" nor anything similar, either. I think Gregg is the only person who can activate accounts. I have nothing to do with that forum function, sorry. The above account was active two weeks ago or so: Last Active Jan 13 2015 07:00 AM

Have they reissued it in a new box or is it the same kit which has been available for 15+ years?

Lee, was this the one you were building in scale?

Chris and Danny, were the posts in question in the Model Trucks section? -

It's the top-most, and only pinned post in the Off Topic section, and the first post on page three explains the #1 most common issue- running IE: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=81824&page=3 What was the problem, or alternatively, did clicking Compatibility View solve your issues? -

The search function part of the "Find content" tab is limited to one year, so anything older than that you will need to use the advanced search function to find. Click the little white flower/star to the right of the search box's magnifying glass, and you can perform a better, more complete search. I'd also suggest you follow any topics you wish to easily recall by clicking the "Follow this topic" button at the top right of every post page. You can then go to your profile page and select "Content I follow" and see them all. Also, please send a mod or admin a PM instead of posting- you'll get a quicker response that way, as we may not see/read your topic, but we do get a pop-up notification when we have received a new PM.

Resin part sellers in Europe?
Casey replied to Lucas van H's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
Out of curiosity, do you pay customs duties/fees on packages from other European countries, too, or maybe on every package from outside The Netherlands? -

Click here, Martin: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=81824&p=1059026 If you're using Internet Explorer (IE) as your web browser, you'll most likely need to click the "Compatibility View" option in the header bar to make IE work better with the forum...or switch to Google Chrome as your web browser and enjoy smooth sailing. -
The factory tires on the Raptor are BFG All-Terrain T/As, correct? It looks like this the first set of 17" off-road tires from Revell since, well, ever?

Are you running Internet Explorer as your web browser? If so, see the link I posted. That will most likely solve the uploading issues here. If you have and are using a Photobucket account to host (store) your images online, you do not upload them like you would with an attached image from your hard drive. You copy the image links from your PB album, then paste them in the body of your message here on the forum. -

I think you have used up all of your alloted free storage space here on the forum. Each member is allowed a certain amount of space, and once you reach or get very close to the limit, you cannot add more images via the attachment feature: You have 28 images in your '40 Ford topic, and I didn't see if you have more images in other posts, but that would be my guess as to why you can't upload more. If true, consider a free image hosting service/account such as Photobucket.com *I just did a test in the Model Car Racing section, and I was able upload an image via the attchment feature without any issues.*
