  1. What do you use to strip the chrome from the plated parts
  2. Well back from vacation got a couple little things things done
  3. Just finished turning the top suction hose around thanks for the tip it means a lot to me that I get this build as correct as possible. This forum has really been helpful I really don’t know if I would have made it this far with out it a vast bank of knowledge

  5. I guess it is just reach and grab the cab should set a little farther forward when mounted

  8. Finally got a chance to work on the pump panel today, Still some cleaning up to do, now what to do with the hoses was thinking about wrapping the hoses in shrink tube any suggestions

  11. If only the cab was done and mounted and I haven’t even mounted the bed yet I am sure once the cab is done and mounted I am sure that there will be some kind of hiccup with the bed but still so much little stuff to do and parts too make this build has been quite the challenge

  13. I actually thought that this build was going to be a snap this build has really taken me out of my comfort zone

  16. Still working on the pump panel cannot seem to satisfy myself so I figured I would take a break and work on the other side and back made a little progress still so many little details to do

  19. So after using up quite a bit of flashing I finally made a little bit of progress still a little shaping and polishing to do any tips on making the slots for the valve levers
  20. I have played around with aluminum duct tape or are you talking like aluminum roof flashing I am up with trying something new
  21. Got a little too excited mounted the pump panel then compared to reference photos (what not to do) had to cut it off and start over I guess it could have been worse
