    I usually put the bottle in a vice and open it with a pair of pliers. Works every time but it leaves the bottle cap dented and mis-shaped.

    I only keep kit boxes with cool art work. If not, it gets sent to the recycling bin.

    I also made my own with a scrap piece of plywood and an old coat hanger. I covered the ends of the coat hanger with tape so it will not scratch the body.

    I use a leftover bankers box from work. I keep leftover parts from each kit together in a plastic bag with a small piece of paper noting the kit. That way I know where the part came from. The only parts I separate are tires so they won't damage the plastic parts.
