  1. That's awesome! I still have my original built-up but unfortunately, it's in my junkyard.
  2. Very nice! I used to work at a powder-coating facility, that was bidding on the painting & machining of those intake manifolds. We already had a contract with Ford for the 3.8 V6.
  3. Quality over quantity! Both are excellent builds. Excellent color choices and paint finishes.
  4. Very cool! I love wagons too.
  5. Beautiful collection you have there!
  6. Great looking build! I love the color.
  7. That's the most beautiful Edsel I've ever seen! That paint combination is gorgeous. I've always loved the Edsel, and now I may have to build another one.
  8. Very nice Michelle!
  9. I've had that happen before, with some older clear. Not sure how long I had it (some of the Model Master brand), but it did that exact same thing. It is a great effect, if that's what you're going for, Lol.
  10. Been there several times. Left at 421 & 601 takes you there, a right & you're in Yadkinville!
  11. Been there several times. I used to do satellite dish installations.
  12. Great looking weathered paint! Did you sand the clear to get that "frosted" look?
  13. Welcome to the forum! I think your Caddy looks amazing! I wish I would have grabbed one of those kits, I did get the Dodge Charger from that series, but didn't use the scissor doors (I made it into a 2-door "General Lee").
  14. Very cool build. I love the weathered crusty look. I need to try this, they can't all be shiny & pretty!
  15. Still one of my favorite ragtops! Beautiful way to honor your sister. Sorry for your loss.
  16. Where at, exactly? I'm in Kernersville.
  17. Hey Rick! I'm in Kernersville, where do you live?
  18. An excellent build year! They all look amazing. I especially love the 55!
  19. That's beautiful! I love the blue & black together, I would never have thought of that combination. Definitely building mine as a wrecker now!
  20. That's more realistic (for us non-retired folks that is), 7 is a nice round number, Lol. The builds & your shop are amazing! I just tallied up my 2023 builds, and I'm at 9 plus a diorama.
  21. Yeah I'm in agreement with most of you here, my wallet needed a break after the holidays (thanks Round 2). I will however, be picking up a Warlock & Shelby Charger though.
  22. There's a former car dealership (1930's -40's??) in my town that has a gold 69 'Cuda (along with a few other goodies). Keep forgetting to get a pic though.
