  1. This 300 is a great kit and for a change I built it with the standard covers using corvette checkered flag decals for the center of the caps. The picture doesn't really show the caps very well. I need to use something besides my phone to take pictures! The kit goes together very well. Thanks
  2. I painted this Shawn Carpenter resin 62 Grand Prix a few years ago but never finished it. I am working on it again and spending some time getting the paint sanded and polished out. I hope to finish it in the next few weeks.
  3. Just need Keith Mark's to do some decals for those 73 Pontiacs.
  4. So 409 will remove laquer? How long did you soak the parts? Thanks everyone. I assume since wsw cleaner doesn't damage resin bodies 409 will not damage a resin body.
  5. I have a Shawn Carpenter 1962 Grand Prix I painted a few years ago with laquer and never finished it. I am going to start on it again and I want to remove the paint and try another color. What should I use to remove the laquer? I have read easy off oven cleaner will remove the paint and not hurt the resin. I have also read Pine-Sol works. Thanks

  11. Randy I have enjoyed your builds and have used your pictures as reference for different models I have built. Thanks
  12. I know this is an old topic but as I will be finishing up the building of my stock C300 this week and I just wanted to share a few comments for people who haven't built this kit yet. In all my years of building of mutiple kits both plastic and resin I have never built a model that has went together so well. There are parts on this model that can just snap together without glue. Everything aligns and I have been nothing but impressed. Though complex this kit has been a joy to build. I will post some pictures next week as I wrap the model up. Thanks again to Moebius and everyone involved.
  13. Great build. I love the correct wheel covers and wsw tires.
  14. Great build and it has a great stance.
  15. They look great. I just finished this year the 1987 Camel Honda of Ayrton Senna in 1/43
  16. Where did you get the EE1 Dark Blue paint?
  17. That's good... Thanks
  18. I haven't ordered from Scale Equipment Ltd in a few years and they have some auto parts I would like to order and was wondering if they still are in business? My service from them was always excellent in the past. Any current ordering experience? Thanks
  19. Great builds. Love the 72 Demon
  20. My 1983 Skoal Bandit. Body by Calvin Sallee and decals by Indycals. 1/25 AMT and Monogram kits for the extra stuff.
  21. scale equipment ltd has sidewall decals. http://www.seltd.net/
  22. Thanks I am going try a set up before I start building.
  23. That was moved fast. Anyhow thanks for the input. I appreciate it. I would assume if I flipped the spindles then I could not pose the front wheels?
  24. I have a question. I am going to start on my 68 Charger Revell kit and was wondering who has had success adjusting the front ride height? What is the best way to lower the ride height for a stock build? I have noticed most of the pictures of the 68 or 69 Charger the car sits high. Thanks
