  1. The trailer is coming out very nice! I wonder if you are going to do anything with the vertical line in the middle, but either way, I think it will turn out to be fantastic! And Michelin tires on the drawing software looks good too. Keep up the good work!
  2. It is cool! I didn't know what it was before, but now this is turning out to be something super special! Great fabrication work, keep it up!
  3. I like how you are taking this all the way! Awesome work so far!
  4. Cool cargo truck, I like how the rear hatch is half way opened. It could be my eyes, but the cabin could sit slightly higher though. Regardless, fantastic result and great photography!
  5. The Pete came out extremely well and various customization components make the truck special! Nicely done!
  6. Love the result here, massive and heavy! I really enjoy seeing all the details of the wrecker, great job!!
  7. Amazing details and very good looking car! I think one of the winglets on the rear spoiler is slightly misaligned, but I am sure it would be an easy fix. Other than that, I really dig this Martin! Superb work!
  8. These kits aren't easy to build and tough to finish due many round surfaces and decals giving all kind of problems. You did an awesome job making this racer look very good. Even the decals are home made! Great work!
  9. Nicely done!
  10. Faithfully reproduced!! Bravo!
  11. Superior work here and top notch photography! The work and finish on this truck is just another level! Awesome work overall and thanks for sharing this.
  12. 1/43 scale isn’t easy, but you did an awesome job making it look proper and clean. I really like how sharp your panel lines are, they can’t be too thick and rough for 1/43 scale subjects, and you nailed them! Good work!
  13. Details are exquisite and overall finish is very well done. Great work!
  14. Great 1 on 1 replica! Fabulous work you did!
  15. Fantastic model you got here! Excellent work making it look awesome.
  16. Awesome finish, love how it really looks. Thanks for sharing!
  17. Nice work, I am sure these old MPC kits aren’t easy to get things look good. You did an excellent job!
  18. Superb finish and details are simply fantastic! Well done!
  19. Nice work on this, the racer looks awesome. The NASCAR decal work itself must have been challenging, but it really looks great!
  20. The color looks great and those fat tires give a mean dragster look! Great job overall!
  21. Interesting work and fantastic result!
  22. Hi all, I wasn't supposed to build this kit, but as luck would have it, I ended up spending a good week to finish this one. I made NO attempts to "enhance" nor "add" details to the kit and it allowed me to complete it rather quickly. I saw this one being offered for sale online quite cheap and decided to buy it as a practice kit to hone my skill. The kit had all kinds of problems though, the seller mentioned that it went through some water damage having molds on parts. ? The box art looks good and the box itself survived the water damage, but that is where the good things end. The decals were damaged quite bad and I tried using Microscale decal fluid to revive them, but they just crumpled into pieces. Only license decals were used. I simply cut license plates and glue them with backing paper still intact. And the instructions had funny smell too. I allowed sun to bake it for an entire day thinking would kill any toxic molds. I am not sure if it helped or not, but I felt safe touching the instructions. And I found the front windshield cracked in the middle, so I made a replacement with a thin plastic sheet. I then washed the entire parts in soapy water and allowed them to dry in sun as well. The worst part was that many parts were warped quite bad, I wasn't sure if I could actually finish building it! At the end though, I actually enjoyed building the kit. Just like AMT truck kits, I think Italeri truck kits have their own charm for sure. The build wasn't easy for me, there were many areas where I was so frustrated, I thought about trashing it. What I liked: the subject of a European truck is cool to me especially this one coming from 80s and 90s era. a good amount of details straight out of box. I was able to complete the multi-piece cab assembly prior to painting (by inserting the cabin interior into the cab through the bottom opening). I bought it cheap. What I did not liked: molds in this kit due to water damage! warped/broken parts. Is this because Italeri pack trees tightly into the box? crude construction/assembly methods used on various areas. vague attachment points for exhaust piping, aero parts, and various frame components. I think I wrote too much, here are photos of the the final build:
  23. Superior work, incredible progress!
  24. That is one long trailer! I am thinking painting is going to be challenging, but I have faith you will pull it off fine.
