  1. LOL! My wife might not appreciate the artistry at work though!
  2. Luke...those are fabulous pictures! Remind me of real car photo shoots where the flood the ground to gain the same effect. Car and Driver did a lot like that over the years. Could have been a dry lake bed, I don't recall. I'm sure indoors the same effect could be done with a shallow pan with a piece of glass to keep the model up out of the water...will have to try something out like that! Will have to wait for spring to try to find a spot outside...or just use ice...
  3. That is great to see someone following a video and coming up with great results. I've seen the first video and haven't yet had the chance to set up the proper environment to airbrush. I hope to rectify that this summer. Nice job, Chris!
  4. It was a Jerry Sims suggestion that I take my garage diorama outside. Here is one of the results of that exercise!
  5. Dave-I recently bought some Ulrich Mini-Men online from here.
  6. According to the info on Round 2's website...Build as either Ecto 1 or Ecto 1A.
  7. That Green '69 Camaro is a Baldwin-Motion car...not a Yenko...I built a shiny one in green, too!
  8. Yes, I've seen his stuff before...amazing work, but I feel there is one aspect missing...Life! People. Every photo is wonderfully composed, nice die cast models, wonderful buildings, water or snow, etc...lighting...but not one single person is visible, even when cars are in position on the street as if they were in traffic...I know that is probably one of the hardest details to put in, but it is an unfortunate omission to my eyes. That is the only down side that I can see. That said, though, I think his work is fantastic!
  9. Good to see the Foxes are still being put together! Nice work, guys!
  10. Not my normal building subject, but there may be others with interest. How many will be interested, well, you may not know until you post the CBP.
  11. In the drop down menu beside your user name up at the top right, go to My Settings and on the left side there is a notification options tab. Should be what you are looking for.
