  1. I vote for Moroso, miss that kid.
  2. Beautiful paint work, well done!
  3. That is great! You may have convinced me to bite the bullet on one of these.
  4. Looks great Phil! I feel your pain as I'm building one of these now. Its a really neat kit but my issue is with the vague instructions. I've found a Clay Kemp video on YouTube that has helped tremendously. I too may attempt another one, wiser this time
  5. Never mind. I just found a Clay Kemp video on YouTube that explains it well.
  6. Great job, the extra details really look good. I'm working on one of these now, having trouble figuring out the rear axle attachment. Do the tabs on the axle go inside or outside of the springs? Thanks
  7. Same here, looks excellent. The instruction sheet is 15 pages! Includes parts for right or left hand drive, including different wipers.
  8. Agreed, interesting breakdown. Looks like Gundam is driving the hobby. As far as kit building goes I wonder where Legos slot in?
  9. With the right background I'd swear it was 1:1. Beautiful work.

    Superbird

What's more audacious than a 'bird? Why Moulin Rouge of course! Great model.
  11. That is a beauty!
  12. Very nice! I have this one in the stash, thanks for the tips.
  13. Outstanding! Strap a powerful engine to your back and fly without wings. The men who drove these were truly brave.
  14. Much better! Thanks for your hard work.
  15. Beautiful, just gorgeous! Much more tasteful than the Caddy's of the era.
  16. Amazing replica! That must have been a rocketship in its day.
  17. I'm watching. Never seen an attempt at scratching a carb, amazing work!
  18. Thanks Carl. In all the pics I've been able to find it appears very dark inside but gray would seem appropriate
  19. I'm starting a Salvinos modified kit and I'm going to use decals for Ryan Newman #39. I can't find a good picture of the interior, it appears black but seems like that would be awfully hot? Maybe bare aluminum body panels or would they be exterior color (bright yellow)? Any help appreciated.
