I'm starting a Salvinos modified kit and I'm going to use decals for Ryan Newman #39. I can't find a good picture of the interior, it appears black but seems like that would be awfully hot? Maybe bare aluminum body panels or would they be exterior color (bright yellow)? Any help appreciated.

You really nailed the weathering. Thanks for the info on the interior color. I had a '67 with that shade and have never been able to match it.

From the instruction sheet: The TE-20, nicknamed Little Grey Fergie, was launched in 1946 and built in Coventry by the Standard Motor Co. More than 500,000 units were built until 1956. They were imported to France and successful enough to justify a joint-venture between Standard and Hotchkiss in 1953 with mostly imported British parts. The share of French-built parts increased until reaching 100% in 1957 when the TE-20 became the FF-30, produced until 1958. Minor differences from the TE-20 included seat shape, battery location, and red-painted engine and chassis. Neat little kit. The toughest part was the equipment hitch on the back. Finished this one over the weekend. I had originally painted it yellow, which over the red plastic did not go well. Finally decided to strip and start over with Tamiya blue. Nice kit, everything went together well. My only complaint is the tires look too much like snow tires! Comments welcome, thanks for looking.
