    The canvas roof and the butterflies on the blower hat are very convincing. How did you do the blueing on the headers?

    Thanks for all the kind comments. And Steve is correct, the rear bumper was a battle! I ended up cutting the tabs off the chassis that are supposed to fit in the bumper because I couldn't figure a way to clamp it long enough for the glue to take hold.

    Finished this one up last night. AMT kit, very nicely detailed, especially in the engine compartment. I spent a lot of time on foiling but think it came out pretty well. Comments welcome, thanks for looking.

    I keep it to 3 at a time. Usually one race car, one '40-60s stocker, and a classic. Like Tom said above, they are all in different stages so there's usually something to fit my mood. But also like Harry, I've got a few that have been years in the making
