That's pretty cool you turned it stock from racing; looks good

The Chrysler’s motor was missing the second set of carbs so those funky air cleaners were sitting too low so I went in the extra parts bag and pulled out a tri carb and cut two off to put under neath so they sit right. Also the original owner glued the filters in backwards but there’s no way they would come out so that’s just the way it is.

Finished basically everything that I can do on my Chrysler without needing the actual body yet. Still gotta sand that black off

Began building my 1957 Chrysler 300 model kit; off to a flying start, especially since the engine basically assembled and painted and some other parts were painted already ( this kit was bought secondhand) and now I got pretty much every piece painted.

I did too, July 2023, since I had an over bite and crooked teeth, I had braces put on in 2022 which I had on till December 2023, but I had jaw surgery in the summer that year where they cut my bottom jaw on both sides, slid it forward and put in metal plates with screws to keep my jaw forward until the bone healed. They also took out all four wisdom teeth and one molar at the same time. Fast forward to today and I now have the straightest teeth around and chiseled features. But that summer 2023 was quite the ordeal.

Especially not the civilian models; taxis were way common back then apparently

the story line

Experienced "Fish tailing" today for about the third time since I've been drivin'. It's actually somewhat fun but better obviously when no other cars around. Did it while comin' down my grandma's long driveway. Mind you I almost hit the snow bank and took out a post but since I avoided doing that, it was fun.
