Small update on this. I've got most of the new rear suspension figured out and built. Built a rear mount, spring and brackets for everything. Lots of little pieces had to be scratch built, I only snapped a few pics here and there. Now it's got a quick change. Thanks for checking this out. -

Impressive lift, it's a great sense of accomplishment, isn't it.

Out on the internet manipulating a.i. to rewrite the information and definitions sounds like an interesting way to confuse the masses

What steering wheel is this
johnyrotten replied to Falcon Ranchero's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
I've seen the same here in upstate ny. Old farms and properties usually have a dump spot somewhere, if it couldn't be repaired or used somewhere else, off to the pile. I've found the remains of old stained windows and door hardware on my property, along with old bottles and what not. It's almost amateur archeology. -

Image search came up 56 mercury. I snooped a little farther, it definitely looks more "ford' late fifties into sixties. Cool wall art. -
Very nice work, and a great save! Looks awesome as a convertible

Laminating two pieces and a quick swipe of solvent seems to give great results, very random and natural looking. And not overly clouded. Might be on to something. -

That was my thought. The solvent works, my particular glue flashes off almost before it fogs the acetate. But at this scale, how opaque does it need to be. Now to make it look "natural" and not a sloppy assembly. Thanks -

Very cool build. I like the heat insulation idea, different materials breaks up look and adds another level to any build. You definitely got the look down. The front end looks awesome. I'm a vw guy, this is right up my alley. -

I found an iridescent pearl at Michael's on clearance, golden acrylics. I've been playing around with it, and some matte white washes. Looks promising. Solvent glue does as well, the "hotter" stuff I have needs some coaxing, takes a few coats get it working. Any comments/suggestions appreciated -
This looks down right evil. That's one bad ride man. Awesomeππ

Either way not a good time.

The funny thing about the adress is it is directly behind my property, 300 or so yards though the woods, but a half mile by road. Almost like the carrier figures we'll do their job for them.

My mailman likes to hit my mailbox, and delivers our mail one street over, same number different street name. Not to mention "do not fold" envelopes folded in half. Incompetent to say the least.
