  1. That is too cool! Very nice little Lotus, Mark.
  2. Glad to see this build back on. Everything is looking fantastic. The sliding windows are mind blowing. Very nice work.
  3. I'm learning stuff already. Like all Trans-Am Mustangs, the Moffat Mustang is dead cool. That photo of the First Version is just perfect. Great work so far, huge improvements to the engine bay. That looks like a Mustang should. This is going to be cool. I am definitely following along.
  4. Absolutely beautiful Vette, Ken. Looks great hanging out among the fall colours. I find these days are the best for cruising or road-tripping in an old classic.
  5. Good looking belly tanker. You really captured the period vibe and simplicity of the 1:1s. Well done.
  6. Very cool looking short-tracker. The Cougar body has a nice aggressive look when in race car form. Looks sinister in black. Nice work.
  7. Fine looking Fiat, Pat. Nice work on this one. Cheers.
  8. Another very creative build, Claude. Nice and clean, and very imaginative. Lovely work.
  9. It's starting to look like a 330. Looks like it is going to take some work, but you have a great start on it. Looking forward to seeing progress on this.
  10. Nice hack & whack. Definitely has the art deco vibe. The lines are shaping up nicely. What are your plans for headlights? I picture some Cord-esque pop-ups in the front of the fenders, or perhaps integrating the 40 lights into the new design. I'm sure it's coming, but that things needs to hug the ground. Out of pure curiosity, what are the blue fenders from?
  11. Very nice B. Classic colour combo. Looks great in blue. I built one of these a few years ago and quite enjoyed, aside from the windscreen with the molded in frame.
  12. Love it!! Very cool Pinto.
  13. That's looking very nice. I'm really digging the look of the red in natural light.
  14. Stellar article, and very helpful. Thanks much. Very well done.
  15. Well, this is a timely post. Thanks for this info. I visited this section of the forum specifically to ask if there was any chance we would see the MPC '72 Chevelle again. I am very happy to hear it is 'on deck'. I have a project that I am anxious to get going, and I need a '72 Chevelle body shell. I have been reluctant to purchase from the second hand market because, 1) the prices are nuts for a basic kit, and 2) it can be difficult to know if the kit in the box is MPC or AMT. I know of at least one issue of a '72 Chevelle which has the MPC kit on the box art, but the AMT kit in the box.
  16. Beautiful Alfa. Very nice clean work.
  17. Cool project. It's neat to see two Renwal Revivals on the forum at the same time. I find these cars intriguing, though not all of them are beautiful. I think the Jordan and the Stutz are the most pleasing stylistically. This is the first time I've seen the Jordan built. Nice work so far. I'll be following along.
  18. Very nice work . This has got to be about the nicest rendition of a Renwal Revival I have seen. The added details really bring it alive, and the colour choices are suitably elegant. Looks like a fun build. Lovely model.
  19. Welcome to the forum, Dave. That is some great looking weathering. Looking forward to seeing more of your stuff. Cheers
  20. Sorry Greg. I knew all of that. It was just my lame attempt at a joke. It's what happens when I post too late at night.
  21. Those pics certainly have a n AI vibe, especially the second pic if you look at the propeller of the plane in the background, which looks like it is made of furniture legs. The last two pics are cool, though. The second pic especially so. What a cool custom.
  22. Lovely Ford. Such a great looking race car. I have not built this kit, but I built the Mk I many years ago and it was a struggle. You wrestled a great looking model from this old kit. Very nice work.
  23. Good looking Mustang. That's a first effort to be proud of. Now on to the second one.
  24. That's a good looking AM, Pierre, with a great period vibe. In spite of the kit's shortcomings, you've wrung out a fine model. Your subtle roof correction is a great improvement. Oh, great paint work, as always. Very nice work.
