  1. It's a Giulietta SS (Sprint Speciale) coupe.
  2. Your choice. I asked an honest question.
  3. The last few product announcement emails from Atlantis say that Joann's will start selling Atlantis kits in September.
  4. Is this a glue bomb you are trying to "restore"?
  5. The bulk of posts will probably shift to the "look what I got at ollie's" threads.
  6. I went to local HL the other day to make sure they still had all the same kits in stock. In the usual kit aisle, I was greeted by model railroad stuff, Evergreen, tools and other supplies. On the other side, was the Testors paint rack and the empty case that normally holds the spray cans (at the opposite end of the row from where it formerly stood). The rest of that side if the aisle was empty. Not even shelving. I found the kits a couple of aisles over. They are rearranging the store.
  7. The "parts pack" with the camper and "wedge" was more recent. There is one of those on eBay for almost as much as the original-issue kit mike referenced.
  8. Something really rare: Late model F150, regular cab. short bed 4X4.
  9. Burbank's House of Hobbies can get it to you.

  11. Don't hold your breath.....
  12. If you want. My Subaru Outback serves as a shooting brake on the days we visit the range.
  13. BF, Gregg has always been one of the hardest-working people I have seen at any model car show, taking pictures of the models, visiting with people, promoting the magazine and just being a great guy. Yes, he has to stop and rest sometimes, but he puts a lot of us to shame with the effort he puts in to produce the magazine and promote the hobby. He was in the show room at GSL late Saturday night, getting photos of models that were not brought to him for photographs during public show hours. Thank you, Gregg, for all you do!!!
  14. It was on the cover of Car&Driver. They had a feature article on the car.
  15. Mach 1s had a flip open gas cap. Other models had a twist-off gas cap.
  16. Interesting that the Cougar Funny Car kit has the custom taillight on the clear red tree
  17. A Renault Duster. I couldn't see where the license plate was from. but I would suspect somewhere in Mexico or possibly Canada.
  18. I found one of those on consignment in a hobby shop in Salt Lake City several years ago. Price was probably ridiculously low compared to what they go for on ebay these days.
  19. I picked up a few "clearance" kits (for our show raffle in October) at my local HL and another HL I was near earlier today. Also picked up the AMT 34 Ford pickup - Sunoco version.
  20. I did the same. I figured Dave would get around to filling orders after he recovered from his "illness". I heard an interesting story about my order, but I won't divulge here.
  21. My wait is getting closer to three.
  22. 55 Chevy 2-door post. 67 GTO convertible. A few days ago: 66 Dodge Coronet wagon
