The only store around that charges for bags is Sav-a-Lot and they want 3 cents a bag. We keep a small supply of bags in our vehicles just in case we need to stop there. Up in the Washington, DC area, Walgreens & CVS charge 5 cents a bag. Ridiculous.

Thank you Ray Tulio, Darryl, Dann, and Oliver. Turns out it's an AMT Slammers 1938 Ford Black Force snap kit.

I have no idea what kind of car this is so I call it a Whatisit? No interior and no engine. The chassis panel does show a molded in IRS suspension and dual exhaust. Whatever it is was painted in Tru-Color crimson.
