  1. Another SHINY :) one. What paint did you use on that guy?

    Tamiya RX-7

It's SHINY :) . I would have been tempted to throw a big domestic engine in there.
  3. Nice and SHINY :) .
  4. Pretty cool build.
  5. I'd be happy with it too. Nice, SHINY :) build.
  6. Very nice build on what I consider an ugly car.
  7. Excellent build.
  8. That is one fine looking truck, Carl. SHINY :) RULES!
  9. I was wondering if anybody would catch that. Congratulations, Rob.
  10. Thank you, Monty. The fuel lines are some necklace line that I found at Hobby Lobby one time. There's about 8 spools of different colors in the package. Unfortunately, I've never been able to find them again.
  11. Thanks Dave.
  12. Thank you very much Ira & Scott.
  13. No problem Dante. My method is pretty quick & easy. You can get the plezi at Home Depot, Lowe's, Ace, etc.
  14. Sorry about that. I sorted my pics in PB a couple of months ago. Here's the new link - http://s544.photobucket.com/user/IMcrazyjim/library/TIPS%20AND%20TECHNIQUES/display%20cases?sort=3&page=1
  15. Thanks, Ron. SHINY :) RULES!
  16. I did a tutorial on making plexiglass display cases. Don't know how to find it though.
  17. Saw that shopping cart, or something very similar in Melrose Park, IL at least 15 years ago.
  18. Better be quick if you want to paint before snow, John. being in Indiana, it could happen tomorrow. LOL
  19. I like the view off your deck. The models look good for being so old. Oh, you're supposed to have your full, real name on your posts, Steve.
  20. I don't know if I'd go with a white interior on a work truck. It'll get dirty real quick. I like what you're doing, though.
  21. Marcia uses both but prefers Google Chrome - but you have to clear the history all the time.
  22. I'm partial to X-Acto. Can you get replacement blades for the Fiskars easily?
  23. You did good, Ray. Excellent SHINY :) build.
  24. Thank you, Charlie. Antenna was easy. Drill a hole. Glue a piece of Evergreen tubing inside and a flat piece to block the end. When the body is finished, glue in a straight pin with the head down. Decide how tall you want the antenna and cut it off. Put a dab of Micro Krystal Klear on the tip, let dry and paint to your choice.
  25. Thanks, John. The kit wasn't much hassle. The roof section needed a little putty to blend it in. The worst part was the frame. I suppose I didn't have to, but I cut out all the plastic between the rails because the kit has a single exhaust molded in.
