  1. All four of the TRJ cars are perfect looking hot rods. That dark red one above is one of them.
  2. Looks great, Tom. Please have it cast!
  3. Righteous! Nice work.
  4. Sean Svendsen? Pic? Link? thanks.
  5. Those look great, Joseph! I'm in for two sets.
  6. Great looking kit! What a trove of hot rod parts. Thanks for the comprehensive photo review, Tim.
  7. This F100 is gonna be kool! That scanner video was very neat.
  8. YES, YES, YES, YES!
  9. I love it! Very realistic with all the added details and the weighed-down stance. I may have to try one of these types of build...
  10. I know older browsers are problematic, but just in case you wanted to look into it... I use IE8 on my Monday/Wed/Fri computer and I can't reply to topics or send PMs. I turned off compatibility view and that allows me to see everything perfectly, but when I try to reply there is just the gray bar with "Notify me of replies" and no white screen in which to type. Also, anywhere there is an arrow dropdown (User Profile, Create, etc.) I can't activate the dropdown. Thanks for the new look and all you do to keep this great forum up and running!
  11. Sharp! Well done. Looks perfect.
  12. Moebius should be releasing a '70 soon. I saw an image of pre-production parts from Moebius that showed '69 thru '72 grilles.
  13. "No comment" sounds promising to me. I will send an email. Agreed on the '58s!
  14. Revell '57 Bel Air Sedan 2n1 at Michaels for six bucks! My local Michaels is clearance-pricing a number of Revell kits - '63 Impala, '68 Dart, '69 Camaro SS, '10 Camaro...
  15. I just noticed that, when comparing floorpans between sedan & wagon, the wagon has separate pieces now at the bottom back of the inner fenderwells. I see a gasser version with fenderwell headers next!
  16. Many early AMT "Trophy Series" kits (and their reissues) contain trophies and show car asccessories. '49 Ford, '49 Merc, '57 Ford, '57 Chevy etc. come to mind. The Revell Roth cars might have trophies too. As for the spare tire, the well is there - seen from the low rear photo. They probably just upholstered over it and mounted that tank. I don't know what the tank is though. "Rape Yellow?" Does rape mean something else in Norwegian? The color looks close though.
  17. Did you gloss coat the sidewall prior to decals? I usually do gloss, decals, then dull coat to seal. Without a smooth surface, any decal will have trouble adhering and not silvering.
  18. Someone recently posted that the only Charger 500 kit with the correct hood is the one molded in yellow with the orange built-up on the box art. All others have an incorrect Daytona/1970 hood with larger recesses. Should you desire a correct '69 500 hood, Modelhaus offers them, you could cut down a Revell hood (they are slightly wider) or get ahold of a vintage MPC built-up - they have the correct hood.
  19. The images are still there, so there's no problem with them. It's the discussion they produce. That's not your fault, or the General Lee's. Like I said on Randy's - another great build from you!
  20. Powerslide released a high-quality, Cartograf decal sheet for this kit last year. Get it at Mike's Decals: http://mikesdecals.com/
