  1. i actually got in there late last night (family was asleep) and did some onpacking and even some moddeling i guess the wall works
  2. thanks its a pacific, which i gues is build with the machines DW replaced a few decades ago? all the hardware is left over from my pearl export kit, now that was a nice set i think i have tried every imaginable make of drums out there but nothing NOTHING beats the quality of a pearl i still regret the day i traded in my worn out pearl double kicker for a brand new iron cobra on a side note, i have foam in between all the skins so its actually very bearable to play, even without earprotection
  3. yeah, like any of us have "used" make up brushes
  4. jut think of the harpoons made to kill mody dick each of the strongest men had to part with a cruze of blood to temper the steel there has got to be a good name for the torino in there somehwere
  5. that has got to be one of the best looking hondas ive ever seen
  6. and there in lies the only flaw i couldnt find a door know laying around other then the one that used to be in teh front door the key to it is long since gone so it would be possible (and maybe even plausible) for the wifey to turn the lock on while im hiding down there (anyone ever seen the shining eposide of bobs burgers?)
  7. hey guys as most of you wont know ive moved into a new house not too long ago in the move i have lost the mancave and there is no room set aside for modeling for the time being all my model stuff was sitting in the basement where also the cat resides (seeing how the cat lives there the door needs to stay open and this also makes it impossible to keep the boy out) well, this 4th i managed to put up a wall ready to see her? allright, little teaser now, this wall will keep the cat and the boy out of the mancave (see, not the cat cave, not the boy cave, the MANCAVE) wont you enter? this is the wall we just moved through, or more acurately, the door in the wall (pay no mind to the black shelf, thats the ONLY room the wifey will get in there (not the wifey cave, the MANCAVE) turning to your left we will make a full 360 (in pictures) of the MANCAVE i still need to find the right set up, what goes where and slap in a workbench well, there you have it, i will soon be back to modelling on a side note, any one have any thoughts on where to go with the exhaust of the paintbooth ?
  8. oh wow, what scale is that 1:100000000 ? cant even see the dadgum thing
  9. If you think that chair looks small now just wait till that woodie has wheels under it just for kicks and giggles you should post a picture of it next to a riceburner
  10. Heat the trim up with a blowdryer untill it starts to sweat. Then rub it out with a cloth and shell be good as new
  11. im in the "weeks in between" post stage on the account of us moving and all the model stuff being packed up in boxes the good news, i will have a model area (AKA man cave) that will be easily 3 times the size of all the areas i have now combined the bad news is, right now its nothing but bare concrete so i have my work cut out for me
  12. i packed up my model room the other day (because were moving into a new home) and i noticed i have about 4-5 builds ON the workbench, at least that many more UNDER the bench and a few more unstarted in the box
  13. im still working on a V8 trike does that count?
  14. ive actually helped put a few of these on the street looking just like that (apart form the one piece lift off front end) when i was a kid i worked at a place called scuderia christiano which specialized in turning street alfa into track racers looks good to me
  15. i wonder how TPMSs come into play here ? (not that it mathers, MI doesnt care WHAT i drive, though if it is TOO rusty i could get cited for being an eyesore) the wifes winterbeater came with TPMSs and the winter wheels have them the summer rims do not and always light up the TPMS sensor
  16. found this in my inbox today GermanAutoParts.com Introduces Psychic Parts Network We take pride in always shipping out orders as fast as possible. Over the past couple of years we have introduced new services such as "Parts by Fax" and "Yesterday Air." It has become clear that sometimes these methods are simply not FAST ENOUGH! This year we have really outdone ourselves by providing an industry first PSYCHIC PARTS NETWORK. Don't be alarmed if a box of parts shows up at your house that you didn't order. Simply put the box in your trunk and forget about it. A few days after delivery when your car suddenly breaks, rest assured knowing you already have the parts to fix the problem. -----------------------------Happy April Fools Day from everyone at GermanAutoParts.com-----------------------------
  17. call the police ? where im from they just shoot some rock salt your way
  18. i like the idea of a tractor grille on this here is one i did for a project i was (am) working on it not sure where they came from, but i just chopped two fenders and glued them back together
  19. hey that is a nice looking helmet i wonder if that one wasnt out yet when i bought mine last but if i had the money laying around to throw on it, that would make a good back seat passenger helmet
  20. im sure ive posted this one once or twice before but it my favorite there were a lot of "firsts" in this build, first lowrider, first time making a custom decal, first time flipflopping a hood, first time at a 3 tone paint job, and im sure im missing a few more firsts somehow it doesnt look anything like the picture :S
  21. love everything BUT the rims where did the intake set up come from?
  22. i use my bike as comuter a lot, this time of year, getting out of work with the sun low in the sky, trust me, i want autodimmer i just took the bike out for a spin everything is bone dry out there but i hit a cornfield and it was muck city rooster tailed up to the back off my helmet and it dropped me down from hauling in 3rd to barely moving in 1st (i run a street legal enduro tire so its not as grabby in mud as a knobby would be)
  23. why tear apart a "pretty good looking" car ? thats about the extend of my skills anyway
  24. i think you forgot the most important part...glue
  25. looks great here is my helmet (dirtbike) of course, the helmet is pointless without the ride so lets see yours ? are the googles autodimming? that is the one thing i would look for if i ever bought a new set
