Dave is pretty much the only guy I know of here that actually builds ,owns and drives Drag cars. I'd tend to take what he has to say about these things as concrete. I know that Dvae dosent just post things just to be posting, He is a man of reserch and will post his findings. This is what I happen to know of one guy though. What I failed to see is anyone posting what a actual gasser is or what classifiys a car as being a gasser. With all that said , there isnt one picture here that I havent enjoyed seeing weather its a gasser or not.

Thanks fellas for all your kind compliments , and thank you for sticking with me through this long building process. Heres the pics of the finished chute rig. Hey look I used some styrene , LOL! I made these boxes I was gonna just cover them with material and call it a day for the chutes... well that didnt look to good as a matter of fact it looked like boxes coverd with material, so what I did was remove 3 of the side walls from the boxes after I stuffed a paper towel inside (that was to shape the paper into a square) Then that was covered with Johnsons & Johnsons medical tape that was dyed Black with a black sharpie... The finished product up next..... -
Enjoying your build Niko Keep up the excellent work.

Guys thank you soo much for your sincere compliments and for the support you give by following along, please know that it is greatly appreciated. I just have a small update today im getting the last of the body work done so I can get some paint on her finaly. but thats not what im about to show you LOL! I need to make some wheel knock offs for the front wheels , I wish I could tell you I fabricated these but I cant, What I did was go to the local hardware store and get some small nuts that will fit my spindles and I modified them heres what i did...... I started with a normal nut from the hardware store but it was too wide so it had to have some of it cut away... you can see in this pic how it was cut..... Once it was the right size I notched it and fit it on the spindle , but it still needs some paint.... the notch is for the retainer pin I will make next , heres the knock off with paint on them..... I hope you enjoyed this very small update..... -
