  1. Prayers for your wife and your family Mike.
  2. Another great Model from your bench Rodger. Very nice.
  3. If you want to make it more realistic just make the axle at the back a tag axle. It is there just for weight.
  4. TJ the 1/16 57 Thunderbird does have steel wheels in the kit as of the last release. I am sure the ones before also did. I have a couple different releases of this kit. I think tires are the biggest drawback for me when it comes to the larger scale. Just so few options.
  5. I almost picked one of these up a few years ago. After looking at yours I should have.
  6. Sorry for your loss Tom. Been a rough year out there here in 2020. Lost 2 good friends to cancer this year, one 54 the other 59. The first before the lock down the second the funeral was today. Very sad. My buddy lost his Father and step Mother in the middle of this and could not even have a showing or wake.
  7. The Potatoes will be baked in the field! We have some relief today with rain here. About time.
  8. Nice Work.
  9. The side of the Villa Riviera looks like a 66 Cutlass to me.
  10. Yes there was Alan. Wild Dream
  11. He will be missed for sure.
  12. Our driver at work used to work at the rail yard that loaded new cars here in Michigan. I asked if he ever drove one of these. He smiled and said yes, " I looked out the passenger side." He is 6'4" with a 30 inch inseam. I drove a Miata for my buddy to his dads cabin, it was fun but he was the pace car. LOL If I found a good deal on a clean one I would also grab one.
  13. Welcome Robert.
  14. I also just seen this Carl. I understand a my dad has had a couple of strokes in the last 3 years. Prayers for you and your family Carl.
  15. Yes Tom is a good guy to deal with. I think he had some health problems not to long ago.
  16. Looks great. Smooth and shiny has it's place just as a little rough around the edges.
  17. How did I missed this earlier. Looks great and brings back memories. We had a black and White TV for a long time in the 70's, as a young kid I didn't understand it was the TV and not the Show. LOL
  18. This is text book col now. Well done all the way around. Can't anything more than already has been said.
  19. I had one kit shipped to me wrapped in brown paper. It arrived just fine, not even a dent in the box.
  20. Looks nice. I like this, (and the Original) strange for me because I don't care for the show cars normally.
  21. At 83 he had a good life. What they pass from at 83 does not make much difference. He put on a great live show from what I have been told more than once. I missed my chance.
