  1. For the not so into VW folks, what year or years is this bus anyway?
  2. Very cool. A Maverick fan myself I am glad to see one built.
  3. There is also a copy of that release on ebay now. 55bucks, but there is no long roof.
  4. My oldest brother did the Tassels thing in 77 and the rest of us followed until the youngest in 94. Garters caught at the wedding reception was also a thing around here for awhile Fuzzy dice not so much for the kids in the 80's.
  5. There is an instruction sheet for sale with the Hombre Jeepster. It says 1977, I had to zoom it in. Grainy pic, after the date I think it says fun dimensions.
  6. I think this is nice. I am glad I took a look in here today. As misterNNL has said, another view would be nice.
  7. Jeff I feel your pain with presents. What has happened to you is why I don't get into gift exchanges and was the first to leave the family name draw. You give them 3 things to choose from still random things they want to buy for you. I am the Grinch of the family they say.
  8. Yes this would help a lot of people get along better in life with less help from the outside world. Compatibility is my biggest worry with this. What happens when you drop your 5 year old smart phone and now have to have half of your house replaced because you can no longer use it properly.
  9. How long until your new phone dose not work with the old tech in your house appliances? I am asking because I would like to know , not picking at what you have. My sister has a ew car that does not have a button for the Auto start, she has to use her phone.
  10. Looks great Dave. Always nice to see those normal cars built.
  11. What did I see today that was different? Plow trucks , spreading salt. To wet for pictures.
  12. David this is some very cool work you posted.
  13. The thrasher looks great.
  14. if anyone is wondering where to get a metal bed frame, just watch the side of the road on garbage day. they are out there from time to time. I also like these other ideas.
  15. interesting. I wonder how it works with sand paper on it, or is this a buffing tool?
  16. Looks great from here. Not a fan of blowers and hood scoops, but they look good on this.
  17. Looks great, I love it just the way it is.
  18. They are all over here in Michigan also. I have access to one with a dump box. It is nice to use. and 4x4 goes where I need it to. I wat my own with a bunch of suspension travel. I don'r care how fast it goes, just want an easy ride on my back. Rob your 40 Ford looks better with every cut.
  19. This is the don't fix it until it is broken mentality. Because replacing those 2 cables might affect the bonus of those in charge. Now they may get a bonus because they saved demolition money.
  20. He sure lived a good life. Thankfully.
  21. I checked the Monroe MI store, they had nothing.
  22. My sister in law does this also. Ray you need to go to Bronners in Michigan. https://bronners.com/
  23. Over the last 10 years or so I have noticed that the stores also carry less and less lights and decorations. I was taught, go the day after Christmas to get next years lights . I have plenty, in fact I hung up several strings of the clear led light in my attic for lights.
