    63 Avanti had covered round lights. 64-ish on had the square bezel.

    The late Japanese cars had AC as standard iirc. Only Mini that came that way. LHD can be seen as a status symbol in that market, but most RHD. Didn’t know this was coming.

    VRod is cool. The Barris T buggy has parts to restore that, Corvair motor, trans etc. The kit itself is ugly, I’ve bought them cheap for parts only. Meyers Tow’d would be another great buggy to see, pretty sure one hit wonder. Not mentioned earlier in thread, so guess we need to keep looking.

    Daf created long ago, crept thru Honda Nissan and Audi. Rented Altima cvt. Zero change in velocity, just noise, like a blender. Audi A6 cvt another gem.     Dung to drive, can’t fix, impossible to have fun driving one. Rather have a root canal and drive a slippy power glide than those.

    Kluge fixes very satisfying. Harder to do on current stuff. Parts upgrades using similar parts another fave. Hard to get Volvo service here. Same local dealer group as the totally incompetent BMW point. Great interiors. Find a nice 245/850/760 and resto mod it. ? So many awesome cars. 122/444/544.

    Current Pirelli PZero tires on it, but torsion bars and torque boxes. No clue which tires in the kit, but another vote for Cuda.

    @StevenGuthmillerThe spokes go all the way to the outer rim. Coronet spokes stop at the inner rim. Always liked both of these mags.

    Agree. Looks like 68-9 Impala or Vette wheels. Impalas had metal axles, so this looks less like it.

    Have one going myself. Lil’ Gasser front frame, rear axle (1), and roof full, doors made. Fun distraction. Lots of leftover bits.
