  1. Cool. I was unaware Tiriac was a car guy. Met him many years ago. The model is a James Young design. My fave, also did SCT100 Cloud lwb “mini-Phantom”. SC 3 and P5-6 my favorite RR.
  2. Both but I’d forgotten the stunt car ??‍♂️ Later movies just DB5’s https://www.fatherly.com/play/james-bond-aston-martin-db5-which-movies/amp Stunt car, built in 62, S5V proto Fun comments about telling license plates apart https://www.britain-magazine.com/news/abarn-finda-james-bond-car-for-sale/#:~:text=A recently-discovered Aston Martin,Goldfinger%2C is up for auction.
  3. Nope. DB4 has open headlights. DB5 covered. Here’s epic scene at GF golf club from movie.
  4. Hopefully. BMT216A has been in a bunch of movies since Goldfinger. Page 8 of this thread ?? amongst the Grand Prix rants.
  5. New cloned kit not buildable stock. So nope to reissues that can be built stock. Something not seen in awhile evidently. ???
  6. Stellar. Love that particular car. Did ok for a 28yo Colombo 2-cam. Both you and Snake pretty quiet recently. Nice comeback. ???
  7. Don’t know what new Black Beauty might be, but that’d be fun to have as well. https://screenrant.com/green-hornet-reboot-fix-kato-main-character/amp/ 007 Aston still a fave too. John Wick decent franchise too. ???
  8. No website. Since beginning. Norm the best, busy, and content making perfect stuff. Call him best I’d think.
  9. Logo on it is Scrap Palace. Truth in advertising ????‍♂️
  10. What about millions of cars whose owners let sensors die? Omg. Sounds like a sensor company prob, perhaps wrong signal band. Please. At least they’re better than vapor ware Elontruck. For fun, check out build quality on a Tesla. Any Tesla. Yugo slapped them together better.
  11. Kidney beans were in an ancient parts pack. Becuz I’m ancient.
  12. Pretty sure the Cobra has Halibrands in it now, started in the recent issue with gold car on it. Looks great with them, I put parts pack Halis on one of mine prior to the current issues.
  13. @Bugatti FanI think it was a joke. I love the smell of sprue in the morning. The smell of victory. ?‍?️
  14. We have few solid sources here, and have run some off, or pounded on others. Sad state of affairs. No good deed goes unpunished it seems. Lots of appreciative engaged guys here, but vocal group that tells us they won’t buy x (alert the media) or whatever can be rude. Life is too short to put up with nonsense. Please. This isn’t directed at anyone. Just reinforcing earlier post. /rant ??‍♂️?
  15. Iirc it has stock seats front and rear. Side panels might be reversible, BRE on one side, stock on other side. I’ll swap you for the stock stuff if it’s there.
  16. 20 hours ago, SteveG said: It's got the original decals and the narrow style Free Whelin' graphics too. You can see them on the box bottom if you look closely. -Steve From round 2 thread in cars. Steve G is part of R2 team
  17. Cars under table appear to be Brawner Hawks, best I can see from pausing. They’ve been done in 18th iirc. Mario drove one.
  18. Chevy center emblem printed backwards?
  19. Geez, that conflicts with procrastinators anonymous meeting.
  20. That 510 has stock interior option. BRE do not. Lmk if you don’t want stock panels. ??
  21. 991.2 GT3. Fun cars. Nice pic. Oops. It’s a 991.2, the front center intake goes outwards at bottom. Sorry, ez dumb mistake. ‘18, not ‘15.
  22. Airfix did coupe 2000 too. The roadster has radio console behind seats where boot would be if it had top. Only 2000 chassis engine combo for decades. Neither seen since 68-69 ish. Never had any non-Airfix coupe boxing
  23. Guess I disagree, looking at both Auroras now. DB5 front end is mess around the lights, obvs distortion of DB4 fender, I didn’t say shared parts. Weak retool imo. The Aurora/Monogram DB4 survives, DB5 does not. Doyusha seems to have cloned a bit from the Aurora as well. Picked wrong one to clone. If R2 clones the Airfix, please look at better way to do rear valance under trunk. Tends to come apart when chassis put in. Pretty nice model otherwise, maybe more refined HL assemblies.
