  1. Don't forget Puerto Rico, stupid fast cars down there, and most aren't v8s either.
  2. There sure seems to be a lot of " the only one" cudas for sale...
  3. He was an incredible artist. Probly one of the best tshirt artists. His lettering was unreal. He done quite a bit of motor cycle/ auto stuff. Just about everything. I picked up the latest issue of AB action this weekend and seen the notice. Man I wish I could have met him, and seen him paint in person in his shop. Was hoping someone here had. You can spend hours on you tube watching him, that was the other cool thing about his attitude. You don't find a lot of people like him, that are about the art and not the life style. Real bummer.
  4. Has anyone on here from the Phoenix area get to visit the Pure Image shop in Tempe? I've wanted to go for several years if I ever made I back down there after I got out of school but never did. Did anyone purches anything there? Or have anything made?
  5. Isn't there some guy in England with a four door falcon thats just stupid fast? And it's like the family car or something. Man I with I could find that again. Pretty interesting.
  6. It does have a higher octane rating due to the cooler burn, but the power potential is concerdeably lower then gasoline, there for it takes about 30% more to match it 1 to 1, hence the loss in fuel mileage. The only reason it's even available is, well we won't make this political. I know it's used in race sanctions, there are even E99 cars. Ever see E100? Probly never will unless every race team wants to get a license to transport and distribute alcohol. Joe, your 200 will run on just about water, which is good because that's just about what we have here in Washington. My original point was, most "street" cars aren't built to run on alcohol, maybe av gas, bit probly not alcohol.I was just playing along with the "street legal" tag.
  7. E85 is ethohnol, not alcohol. Not very performance oriented. About 70% efficient as gasoline. And very corrosive to run on a vehicle not designed to run on it.
  8. If its set up to run on alcohol, then that pretty much proves it not a "street car" , where does one find alcohol at the pump lol
  9. My best friend built a v8 toyota pick up, 44" tsl's, open headers. Man that was fun. No where close to street legal, but he had it license for the street because it was cheaper then an ORV tag to take it to the sand dunes. I can't remember how many time he went round and round with the ORV sherif, because it wasnt licensed for off road, but it wasn't street legal to be tabbed. That was almost as fun as th truck it's self.
  10. That must be one hell of a tranny to reduce those tracks down !!!
  11. It would be interesting to know who painted it, (maybe it says, I cant read it well on my phone) But it sure screams Craig fraser, and Air synd.
  12. Its quoted as the "worlds" fastes street car. I'm know what your saying, I just think its funny that people will label things like this, because around here, most streets top out at about 35mph. I havent found a car yet that wont beat that lol
  13. Amazing machine I love it when people mix street legal and race car together. Where I'm from street racing is illegal .......
  14. Service director/ manager/ specialized tech for a Chrysler, dodge, jeep, ram, srt. dealer ( man that's a mouth full now) been with mopar from day one out of UTI since 99. I'm REALLYYYYY hoping to get on board with the viper division now that they are requiring viper training again, For dealers to sell them. But more or less I baby sit 5 techs, and pacifie 30 or so customers a day.
  15. I got an email from revell, I'm betting the foose cars will look nothing like his drawings.
  16. How much fat do you think would need to be cut? And how hard would the fat that's left have to work? There is no way that an American company could ever touch the pay scale of an over seas market. So to keep that part equal, the work load for one American worker would go up by like what, 500% ? No one I know would take that much more work, for no more money, now your pay scale is off the charts again. Which = higher price tag
  17. Ohhh good one, the old America vs union war!! I think it would be hard to find a manufacturing company of any size that wasn't union, and American owned. But to answer the question, more then most Americans would pay.
  18. Find the right thickness of thread, and it will make perfect zip ties
  19. I can see where the body line on the 1:1 is broken by the wheel opening just below the trim. But I can't remember a time I've ever held up a model to the real thing. It would have take Me more time then I would be willing to donate if I had to try and go from one to the other to figure that difference out. But at the same time, Im a big fan of impalas, but I'm not intimate enough with them to call those flaws out myself.
  20. I thought the government banned those bulbs ???
