  1. The ones I've seen on eBay from the UK tend to start around $27 + $15 shipping, think I'll wait on Tower Hobbies. Model Roundup will get it eventually also I'd assume.
  2. Interesting...notice they refer to it a '77, so maybe they added the Pintera parts to the '77 that was reissued in recent years. Because the Pintera kit was based on the '76 annual, wasn't it?
  3. You can bag them here also, some people do that...but not required. In the Spring I vacuumed the left over ones up from winter and bagged them.
  4. They are supposed to be doing leaf pickup this week in my neighborhood, but all the piles out front up and down the street are under snow now.. and there is still plenty of leaves on the trees...
  5. Mine is in an 11'x11' bedroom. I'm thinking of remodeling the basement 'rec room' (currently w/ cheesy '70s faux wood paneling) into a hobby room, it's a 15'x20' space I'm currently using for storage.
  6. Woke up to a bit of the white stuff in my backyard this morning. Or as the TV weather lady said yesterday 'the snow will have stickage'. Supposed to get more today.
  7. Not sure with mine...for me, the duplicates are for building variations. Some subjects lend themselves to that more than others.
  8. Supposed to get 2-5 inches here in the Cleveland south suburbs tonight and more tomorrow. It's been raining since early afternoon, changing to flurries now... yard guys were here yesterday and got the leaves into two huge piles on the tree lawn for pickup, going to be a soggy mess now.
  9. '72 Olds Cutlass coupe. It's nice, have one in my stash.
  10. I've got a few in my hobby room, most of the shelves are double depth of kits, some triple depth. These are mostly newer kits bought in the last 11 1/2 years, my older kits through 2008 are offsite, some in my other house, some in my storage units. Need to get everything in one house--plan on remodeling my basement into a bigger hobby room.
  11. Tower Hobbies has it for preorder, late Jan est
  12. What do you think of the USCP parts? Good quality? I've been looking at some of their parts...
  13. I voted by mail a few weeks ago. I haven't voted in person in over a decade..
  14. IIRC, I got the base dog dish hubcaps for the van from Morgan Automotive Detail.
  15. Washed and waxed my Jeep, swapped the carpeted mats out for the Weathertechs, moved my snow blower from the shed to the garage...cleaned and stashed the grille, put away the yard and patio misc stuff, covered the AC unit, covered the patio furniture, blew some leaves around...
  16. I preordered one from Tower Hobbies..I'm sure other US vendors have it in on preorder now or will soon..
  17. I don't think the MCW one has a chassis.
  18. I kind of want to get the SMH Starlift and do it as a phantom street machine w/ a 427 and SMH's tear drop hood. Motor City Resin makes a '62 Galaxie 2dr sedan also but I think it would be molded in white like their other kits. That tan definitely looks like an MCW kit. I want to get one of those, have the AMT '62 Galaxie 2dr ht and convertible annuals in my stash.
  19. Yes, and the Senators became the Twins.
  20. A more accurate statement would have been this was the first World Series championship for a baseball team in the city since 1924, right?
  21. Nice kit..definitely would like to see it reissued. Too bad they didn't also do a Blazer and a Typhoon...
  22. Probably a Beetle convertible w/ a 40 Ford style kit..googling '40 Ford vw kit' turns up lots of pics of ones similar to that.
  23. A rear fender w/ spare tire mount and notch like this for Moebius Ford step side would be neat to see.
  24. Hmm..that worked. I don't know...I know some people have had issues with posting photos to the forum. I was using Safari on an iPhone 8.
