  1. Got the Italeri Land Rover fire truck and some great resin parts from Rookie Resin (2 days shipping time!).
  2. That's my plan..a little touch up, but I'd like to preserve them in their 70s glory. I also have a built annual AMT '70 and a built MPC '70 some where in my stash.
  3. On the subject of early 70s Camaros, dug out these two 73s from my stash. Bought as buildups a few years ago, going to keep them as is probably...MPC and AMT..
  4. Yes, it has that spoiler while the Z/28 kit has the smaller one. The funny thing is, the Z/28 kit I have has a green 1:1 on the box art w the big spoiler, while the kit only has the small one.
  5. The Wildcat has been reissued many times over the years, but this release will get the retro box art and probably white wall tires. I don't really need another. I already have one each of the others, don't need more.
  6. Plastic spoons, and customizing parts from AMT kits that had them...custom hoods, pans, etc.
  7. I'd be up for one of those, along w/ #Y717, #Y726, and #Y727. How about #Y728--one that never was in a kit or 1:1!
  8. That was previously announced, so wouldn't be on this list. I chatted w/ John G from Round 2 at the NNL last weekend about it, it's definitely coming in 2020.
  9. I see them. That postal Jeep looks fun. Would be fun to do a replica of David Tracy's rusty one.
  10. The grille will be different as will the opening and the whole front, though...since the standard grille is larger than the RS grille and fits in a different sized opening. I assume they will be separate parts. The bumper molded to the grille is how I remember the old AMT and MPC full width bumper kits being..
  11. Great box art, though...got one in my stash.
  12. No. As has been discussed in a few places, this will be the late 90s era tooling w new parts. That vintage box art is great, though!
  13. Maybe they can do a Coca-Cola version of the Monaco police car...do it as a Coca-Cola plant security vehicle.
  14. 1st quarter 2020 is what I heard at the show last weekend from the Round 2 representative.
  15. Hopefully the new grille and bumper will be cast as separate pieces...with the bumper separate, it would be possible to do a custom front like this--split RS bumper on a standard style front end.
  16. These are sweet. I have a couple of the WhiteBox releases which are available in the US.
  17. I still buy CDs, but then load them into iTunes on my laptop. And since I buy CDs mostly from Amazon, I get the digital form of them through Amazon Music...they have a huge selection for streaming--50 million tracks. At home I mostly stream through Amazon Music (either on my laptop, phone or Fire TV to my home theatre). In my Jeep, I listen to music on Sirius XM, use a CD, or stream via my phone on Amazon Music. I also have a thumb drive w/ my iTunes library in the Jeep, but it's slow to navigate through a library of 10k tracks w/ the touch screen. The CD player being located inside the center armrest is awkward to reach, but I'd rather have one than not have one. I do still like having a physical CD---been buying them for over 30 years---but for individual tracks I'll sometimes just buy a digital copy via iTunes or Amazon Music.
  18. I like this green one w/ dog dish hubcaps..
  19. And leave off the rear spoiler and sport mirrors. I kind of want to do one like this, using the wheel covers from the '70 Impala and a resin 250 6.
  20. Their 1/18th Catalina convertible came w 8 lug wheels. The dog dish hubcaps made sense on the 421SD ht as that was a base trim performance model. I also have one of the ERTL 1/18 '62 Catalina 421SD hardtops somewhere boxed up, it has the steel wheels without hubcaps. Kind of a medium blue.
  21. I bought the resin conversion parts for this maybe 15 years ago..still haven't used them.
  22. I'm no ballerina...my attempts at snowboarding and skiing in my 20s-30s proved to me I'm not the most balanced...
  23. Thanks for posting, great pics. It was a great show, really enjoyed it. The ACD Museum is on my to-do list.
  24. Just cell phone photos taken from a distance... I try and not to get in too close to take closeups, plus in the back of my mind I have the fear (irrational?) of leaning in too far and stumbling and falling and wiping out a row of models...
  25. Those are way cool...I have parts of the Motown Missile and California Flash kits in my stash to restore.
