  1. Didn't realize Napster still existed...
  2. Alas, rainy and dreary in the 40s. Leaves that are down are sticking to the driveway, etc.
  3. I dropped Verizon 5 years ago after almost 20 years with them. Mint Mobile (a T-Mobile company) is way cheaper per month, only drawback is I have poor signal in some rural areas.
  4. I have one each of the annuals (ht and conv) and a few 3D printed resin ones (LTD 2dr, 4dr, wagon, XL 2dr) in my stash, so I'm good.
  5. Raining again today...lots of leaves in my front and back yard...my yard guy is coming every other week since the grass isn't growing, should be creating big piles of leaves on the tree lawn this week for the city to vacuum up eventually.
  6. Most of the ones I've seen IRL and in pics are sedan based, with the rear doors still operational to access storage under the box.
  7. I've never seen a stock '37-42 Willys coupe IRL, presumably 99% that still exist are hot rods. Kinda neat looking in stock form, esp. the '39 with the funky headlights and forward slanting nose.
  8. Q4 is Q4 regardless of where you are...Oct-Dec.
  9. Really nice today in the Cleveland area. Sunny and low 70s.
  10. Different trims. The Catalina was the base full size, the Ventura the next step up with different side trim and upholstery patterns. Both on a shorter wheel base than upper level Star Chief and top model Bonneville.
  11. Better for me is to be close to my doctors and civilization--a variety of groceries, restaurants, etc all within 10-15 minutes.
  12. Yes, the Revell body Is definitely wider than the MPC...the MPC grille is too narrow for the Revell body...I had posted these pics back in February in a Blazer thread. Canuck 3D makes some different year Chevy and GMC grilles specifically for the Revell body.
  13. Seems there were drag versions w/ 421 in 2dr sedan form..
  14. Thanks for posting. Lots of goodies. Would have taken pics but left my phone in the car.
  15. Saw this sharp ‘67 Galaxie at a model show this morning.
  16. Saw some upcoming AMT stuff (4th qtr, next year)—most of which I’ve seen at other shows—at the Plastic Undercover show outside Akron this morning. Included were a couple I hadn’t heard of yet—‘63 Pontiac LeMans convertible, ‘69 Mustang ‘John Wick’—based off the MPC ‘69 with some new parts. The upcoming ‘32 Ford Tudor were among those on display, with previously shown prototypes like the ‘72 Duster, Charger Hellcat widebody, etc. Of course, I left my phone in the car
  17. By the way, speaking of the new reissue of the '69 Riviera, though the box art shows and calls out the Keystone Klassic wheels, the optional wheels are still the same old, same old Vectors seen since the Countdown Series release in the late 70s.
  18. 'E' designated Export, primarily for Europe on the 1:1 3rd gen. Not sure what the visible differences would have been (perhaps mirrors, rear fog lights, amber turn signals, wide license plate brackets. etc maybe?), but I don't think Monogram provided them.
  19. Took a walk around my neighborhood this morning, saw this orange ‘68 Charger at the local Police/Fire department office.
  20. That is odd that no one has tooled up the last style Challenger..so many potential variations..R/T, Scat Pack, Hellcat, Demon, Red Eye, etc. I have resin 2015+ interior conversions for the AMT curbside and also resin Hellcat conversions w/ hoods, fender flares, etc but would be nice to have one in styrene.
  21. I'd assume it is the AMT kit that looked like this (an actual Hot Wheels Python car pictured). AMT called it something else..show rod w/ asymmetrical details. IIRC, the kit was last reissued about 20 years ago.
  22. I encountered a Diverging Diamond intersection for the first time recently on a visit to Colorado Springs...an intersection I drove through countless times when I lived there 25 years ago, was rebuilt a few years ago as a DD. Diverging diamonds are a curious thing, end up driving on the opposite side of the road for a bit.. We are starting to get a lot of roundabouts built here in NE Ohio. I remember all the ones around Sedona in AZ last time I went up there about 10 years ago. I-25 and Fillmore DD:
  23. Distasteful may be in the eye of the beholder.
  24. They’ve grown on me, I like the folding hardtop aspect. I like the original SC a lot. I also really like the LC 500. Would love to have a Nori green LC convertible.
