  1. Lots of good stuff to look forward to...
  2. Looking at the parts tree, stock, stock and drag maybe? Because I see two different stock hoods, bumper choices Casey mentioned..and maybe there are two stock wheel choices (Rallys and steelies/dds, maybe)?
  3. Yes...noticed that. '91-93 LX 5.0s had the same 5-spoke wheels as the GTs, IIRC.
  4. Looks like lots of good stuff to look forward to for next year...
  5. Anyone have pics of the Toledo test shots?
  6. Sharp build...nice color, nice to see one that isn't red...
  7. Yeah, I have a lot friends and coworkers that guzzle Monster and other energy drinks...I've tried Red Bull, doesn't work for me. I have a regular coffee maker, a Keurig single cup machine, and an espresso machine at home, and 3 Starbucks within a mile of home, as I do love my coffee...
  8. Sharp build..I love F1 cars from the '70s.
  9. That's the one I was thinking of....couldn't remember the name. Thx. I also see that Morgan Automotive Detail casts a C6 tranny.
  10. Neat how the box has the red background at the top...
  11. Meh...pretty gross..waste of a vintage 'vette.
  12. Assuming this release follows the standard Revell pattern, end of this month for Preferred Partner shops, early next month everywhere else...unless there is a delay.
  13. Looks like the 1:1 (and the box art) has a different grille...non-R/T grille maybe? The wheels look pretty good in the built kit photo. I've wanted to customize one of these.. think it would look good w/ the grille from the '67 Charger w/ the hidden headlights.
  14. Software engineer. I'm currently a consultant for a small consulting firm developing websites and applications for several corporate clients locally and out-of-state.....been a developer professionally for 15 years. Had a few odd jobs in college and grad school--was a clerk in a college bookstore, computer lab assistant, sys admin (doing tape backups, rebuilding Unix servers at night), taught College Algebra, Calculus and Intro to Computer Programming classes.
  15. Ugh...I was over in So Cal a couple weekends ago and was surprised it was warmer there (Fontana) than in Phoenix.
  16. Snow sounds great...
  17. No, it was someone else. You have a link? I need one w/ an automatic.
  18. There was a thread on here in the last couple of weeks about a resin caster offering a Ford 429/460 engine, but the thread is disappeared and can't be found w/ the search. Anyone remember who it was or have a link? I should have bookmarked the link...it was a caster I was unfamiliar with, an unusual name starting w/ an 'A' or 'G' IIRC.
  19. As a buyer, it's hard to beat eBay for the selection...and the ease of paying by PayPal w/ a few clicks. I've also been checking out scoomer.com lately, seems like a nice site w/ a strong diecast focus.
  20. That's where I got mine Monday...I had 'em hold me one back. Got mine for $16.95 because my punch card was full..
  21. He'd probably have 10 paragraphs somehow linking Foose to the history of auto production in Indiana...
  22. Hmm...wouldn't you want to put cool air in your tires in the summer and warm air in your tires in the winter?
  23. I've found current normal pricing through US online vendors for current (Revell, AMT, Moiebus) kits is around $18-22 USD or so, and local hobby shops here in the Phoenix area tend to be $22-27 USD or so. I don't shop at Hobby Lobby so I can't comment on their pricing.
  24. Sharp build...love the color combo.
