  1. Looks great! I gotta get me one of those...
  2. Really nice work! I may have missed this, but what scale is it?
  3. Just an update...went to another HL today, and got a Revell '29 Ford Model A roadster kit for $10.07. THAT was a surprise! Also found a 1/16 Buddy Baker '73 Dodge Charger NASCAR racer for $14.75, and a Revell 1/12 2010 Shelby GT-500 Mustang for $27.
  4. I stopped by my local San Antonio Hobby Lobby today, and found some great deals. There was a display of models near the model section, out in an aisle, that had some terrific markdowns. I bought two Revell '57 Ford Ranch Wagons for $8.99 each, a Revell '70 hemi Cuda for $10.07, and an MPC '67 Dodge Charger for $10.79. There were other car models included, like the MPC '60 Corvette, too. I got out of there with all four brand new kits for $42.04! I don't know if it was just a local deal, but it might be worth looking for at your closest HL.
  5. Best wishes to any forum members who live in the Texas coastal bend area and are dealing with Harvey this weekend. Stay dry and safe.
  6. Both look great...let's see some more!
  7. Ya got me...never realized that. Still like to have a '63 Falcon Sprint in quality 1/25, though. Thanks for the correction.
  8. May be advancing slow, but looking very good!!!
  9. "organ donor". That made me laugh...
  10. How about a '63 Falcon Sprint? The '63 hardtop has never been modeled, and it would be a natural on the Comet chassis. A few detail changes for the engine to represent a 260, and Moebius is in business. I'd probably buy enough myself to help Moebius turn a profit .
  11. Great looking model! Nice work!!
  12. REALLY sharp! Excellent build! Deja Blue looks good on the car...
  13. That's pretty. Makes me nostalgic for my old CRX. Nice work indeed!
  14. uh, faults? Not seein' any. I do wish AMT had made those hubcaps smaller, though. Beautiful model!!
  15. Great looking model! First time I've seen this particular conversion, and you've done it right!

  17. dang, 119! How many times have you heard the phrase "dry heat"? I feel for ya...
  18. Whoa! Looks mean and ready to roll. Great work!
  19. lookin' great!
  20. Thanks, Mathias. I've got a set of those wheels and tires, and I've got a Barracuda...and I really like the look of yours, so I see that combo in my future! Thanks again
  21. Excellent! Did you have to modify anything to use those wheels and tires? Great looking 'Cuda!
  22. Excellent work. Your dad had good taste in automobiles, and you've done it justice!
