This is simply an R&R cab set on a '50 F-1 Chassis, and a scratchbuilt bed on '28 Lincoln running boards and fenders. Not much going on here, really! Not the best built or most detailed model I've ever done, but it just might be the coolest!
Here we've got an old glue bomb Jo-Han Pro Stock kit, rebuilt with a Bandit Resins Grabber hood, the wheels and tires from a Revell '50 Ford F-1, parts box brake rotors, a supercharged SBF from a Saleen S281, and cut-down '06 Mustang seats.
I should probably come clean...
My name is not Chuck Most. Or Charles Most, for that matter. It's really Gondolph Bolivar.
There! Is everybody happy now!
A bit spendy for me, but the 1:25 version may well end up in my stash before too long. Guess I'll just have to live vicariously through Gregg for now!
Hmmmm... TDR can 'print' these in any scale they want. How cool would a 1:8 scale "Miss E" be?
I've always liked this car- maybe I need one of these kits. Heller kits are generally pretty good, never built one in 1:16.
Great job on this one so far!
Very cool, Clay! Not a huge fan of the New Charger or the General Lee, but for some reason I like seeing those two things combined! I'm shocked Daimler-Fiat-Chrysler or whoever makes Dodges nowadays hasn't done a factory version of one.
And never tell me I'm not good enough...
and make the payments on my new Lincoln MKS...
and install the drop ceiling in my basement that I'm too lazy to install myself...
... and do all of these things clad in a Marvin the Martian costume!
I built this kit back when it first came out- mine was just a paintless ten-minute hack job. I might need to buy another one and see what I can do with it now! Great job on this- especiallly the 'camping package' in back!
