    L/F Lift Axle

More than welcome. Been a while since I bought anything from him myself. But his front page says he's got some big orders coming in soon. Restocking it looks like.

Try Sour krauts. Model Trucks — Sour Krauts Model Trucks There's two of them on this page. Airbags, lift arms, brake cans, I don't see the axle in the pic, but that can be just a piece of straight evergreen tube. Chassis Parts — Model Trucks — Sour Krauts Model Trucks
  3. Thanks, I think Khils has exactly what I was looking for. I'll keep you in mind and maybe we can trade some time on something else.
  4. That's the ones. I need 6 of them if you have them to spare. Just send me a pm and what you are looking for or how much you want for them. And thanks.
  5. I need 6 tires from the 34 Ford 3 in 1 kit. It was the kit that you could build a tow truck, stake bed truck or a hot rod out of it. Had a flat head v8 or Thunderbird engine in it. I need 5 of them for one truck, it has a spare on the running board, and I need one for a spare on another truck that's almost finished. Some steel wheels with a dog dish type FORD cap would be nice too. I have some wired wheels and stuff to trade. Thanks.
  6. Good deal. My Ollies stopped selling them. Now I'm bummed about that. I bought several from them over the years.
  7. Waiting for the 3rd week for mine.
  8. Welcome, anytime.
  9. Check this guy out one bay. He has a 3d printed version at the bottom of this page for 25. Not sure if that's in your price range or not, but just trying to help. If you have to open the hood, be careful cause that 3d printed stuff is brittle. I've bought some of his stuff and it's pretty good. Hope it helps. Entz Racing Components | eBay Stores
  10. Thanks. I'll check them out.
  11. Looking good. I like that color. What paint did you use and where did you get that black tray at? I'd like to get me one of those trays, I really like that.
  12. Thanks for the reply. I've bought many dist. from him in the past. I guess I just got worried when the site would not let me send an e mail to him. I've got a couple porjects that's held up till I can get some engines wired. And yes, he has some great products.
  13. I just wanted to see if they are still in operation. Looks like I got billed, but two weeks later it's still showing pending and when I try to contact them on the web site it always shows an error and won't send the e mail.
  14. Anyone can build that car, but the graffiti is what made it special to the first show. Glad you picked that version. More or less just joking about building one without it.
  15. Where did you get that at. I'd like to get one. I did not see it in my eBay search.
  16. Great looking car Mike. Now you need to make a new one without the graffiti on it. I saw the last episode the other night where Angie gets kidnapped. In an earlier scene they show Trent and Angie pull into the orphanage in this car and the graffiti is gone.
  17. Tv show on ABC. He's GBI cop. Georgia Bureau of Investigations. He took down a bunch of crooked APD (Atlanta Police Dept.) cops and they vandalized his car. You should watch the first season it tells everything about him over the season. He was an orphan and so is Angie, she's APD and they hook up regularly since the orphanage. He's dyslexic and is a savant. He sees things at crime scenes that no one else notices. It's a pretty good show actually.
  18. That's a good kit. Just leave the heater box out of it. I always had trouble with that. And you can't see it anyways. I have one that's almost finished now. It will be Blades Charger from the first movie.
  19. Looking good. Love the wheel covers too.
  20. It's like putting a clear coat on it, but not as shiny. He wants a shiny vinyl dash and seat covers like they were Armor Alled.
  21. Hey, you are more than welcome. Resin is hard to work with. Your product is only going to be as good as you mold is. And I think they need replacing quite often too. Plus, that dust when sanding is not good for you. Wear a mask. I think I inhaled some of it one day and coughed for a couple days. With 3d printing, it might make resin obsolete. Once you buy the machine and a scanner your only cost is the medium you want to use to print with. You never need to make a new mold. You can always buy a program if you don't want to buy a scanner and create your own. In the long run I think it's cheaper and will make better parts. I'm working on fitting a chassis to a 3d printed 50 Studebaker truck right now. I'll do a WIP when it's close to finished. I'm taking pics and building it now. I was happy to find it on eBay since they don't make a kit for it. Can't wait to see your finished build.
  22. I see what you're talking about now. I get it. Yeah, the part is not made very well. Especially when you are comparing it to the real thing. I have two of these to build at some point too. Just one more thing I need to fix as well. Thanks for sharing that.
  23. Yeah, they look the same. I know how you can do it. You need a small plastic or metal tube that will slip over the back of the bucket. I forgot how far that bucket sticks out. And you can glue a piece of rough grit sandpaper to the tube. Just punch out the hole in the paper for the bucket to stick through. Then just sit it on the part you want sanded and spin the tube. Might take several pieces of sandpaper glued onto the tube, but I think that might work for you. Something to try I guess.
  24. Nice looking engines you have there. Yeah, they come in a bunch of different diameters. Yeah, just check out eBay or a local Guitar Center. I think I've seen them as cheap as 4 bucks a pack. These run about $2.72 on eBay. Round wound copper. 1-2 Sets Guitar Strings 6-12PCS Replacement Steel String for Acoustic Guitar US | eBay ? 25. I have bought some stuff from them before, but I did not have an issue with most of it. I have every thing I need to build Squad 51, Engine 51 (open top Crown) and Ladder 127. The station that they used for Emergency in real life was Carson City Station 127. Anyways, I got the helmets, some pike poles, some radio gear, the bio phone and med box from 3inches under. I also go the chop saw, but I think that's a little out of scale. Seems to be a little on the big side to me. I got the utility box for Squad 51 and that was not impressive. The doors were just not defined enough. And it's one very very heavy hunk of resin too. Has the rear section of the truck frame cast under it. So, you would have to cut the frame, mate it to the box and put the suspension on it. I still have it, but I don't think I'll use it. I found another one on eBay that's light weight and allows me to use my complete truck frame under it. Matter of fact, I think I bought the first one and it was too big for the truck. I worked with the guy to get it scaled back down so it looks right. I've bought some SCBA masks and tanks from him and o2 tanks as well. I have the 6 yellow o2 tanks that go in the back of Squad 51 from them as well. I'll just say that the majority of his stuff is good from my experience. Only two or three pieces that I was not happy with, but I think that goes with anyone that resin casts. I know Gibsons resin engines was supposed to the hot thing for a while. I got two of them and they are junk. I might be able to fix one of them, but the proportions are so far off on the other one, it's not savable. Just for parts. Those have been in storage somewhere. I don't think I can lay my hands on them right now and I really don't want to. I can tell you had your hands full with that gurney. That did look quite rough. Oh, that Ecto interior looks awesome. I hope I can make mine look that good when I get around to doing it.
