  1. OK Kits IIRC....but that 1/20.....ewwwww
  2. The 1/25 Mad Max Falcon is fair at best. The blower is just mounted to the top of the hood. Proportions seem off to me. OK for $20 but not more....
  3. Golden Rod is LSR 1/25 have not looked in a while.....check his site
  4. Been dealing with Jimmy for many years.......buying the 'Goldenrod LSR car the first day he offered it.....way back!!! A number of transactions later I always come away happy. I'll not say what but Jimmy helped me in much the same way last year...a good guy.
  5. A magnifier is the most important tool on the desk!
  6. Working right now on my 1/48 scale railroad. It's 35 x 20.....and will be steam era!!! To top it off I live in a county with more active steam locomotives than any other in the USA. Between Cass, Durbin and Elkins you can ride all of them. My great grandfather was a engineer for the B&O RR....only job he ever had.....so I come by it honestly!
  7. Nice!!! a fav of mine!!

I don't know why they are out of proportion ....but if you click on them they reset to correct format. THANKS!
  13. I produced a resin trans kit to convert the Revell GTO Mustang into the Merkur. I sold a TON of those kits in a number of different detail and decal versions. The SCCA Trans Am Thunderbird was decals only. Thanks ]
  14. How about a Merkur version???

  19. VERY realistic!!! Back in the 1980's a buddy and I would hunt on old Carolina farms for 30's era cars and parts. Yours looks much like what we would find. We found an intact 1930 Fordor sedan that had been cut behind the drivers door......wood flooring was reused for a cab back and and bed was made from old wood.....
  20. I like the old kit myself......It is simple compared to a state of the art 1932 Ford. Mine.....
  21. Chase Elliott did not have a single win.....Matt had one so in this 'Chase' world he had a better season. Think HMS had issues getting sponsorship together for Chase and his HUGE salary??? Chase is at HMS because of the money.......otherwise he'd been in the #21 this year. So the money is out there......for the right young driver. (add fan support and he is a sponsor dream) that all contributes to the current state of NASCAR.
  22. I agree 100%it's a money issue......... But why is it a money issue???? Sponsors are willing to put up enough money for the right driver!!!!! But I insist that no sponsor was willing to fund Matt for various reasons, record and age among them. I have no ill will toward Matt.....that's long gone. But I still have lots of contacts in NASCAR and that's the going story from MY contacts. To each his own!!! Thanks
  23. His on track record, or lack of it this year, DOES have everything to do with it....and he is 'OLD'......Take Matt, add Truex wins, and DE Jr popularity and you get much more than $8M.....IMHO only.......
