  1. Might say what year...........they did two 85-6 and 88-9. 1986 version
  2. I started one of these as soon as the flat nose kit came out. REALLY messed up the paint and put it in a box. CONGRATS on a great build! Lone the show and love movie TV cars! I did finish Walt's 300 and the 72 Thunderbird of Pete's.
  3. I can see you are running out of space to store ZZR kits....I have room available FYI............ Nice set up BTW Just reworked my space...
  4. Waiting on some parts and for a weekend my son can come over to help. So I am doing things I can do......and that are free!!!! Pulled the Recao seats out, cleaned, removed tracks, painted and oiled. Had to make the connector for the seat sliders as it was missing. Been told the seats are worth almost what we paid for the car. Driver seat had one hogs ring missing so I fixed that. Otherwise about perfect. Not bad for a 1979 seat!!! Thanks
  5. X 2.......Nice work!! I know most don't like it but I love the Revell 1/32 kit.....BIG Phantom!
  6. Fantastic product.......I buy when he's at shows....
  7. I was there day one show one at Charlottetown mall theater. My brother and I went back the next day again. I built this not long after using only photos in movie program and small photo in Starlog mag. So it has some in-accuracy issues. But I still like it and it lives in my living room today! A balsa frame covered with Matt then sheet plastic and junk box parts.
  8. This one?? Chassis looks black. We had a good thread on Randy's NASCAR forum before it was taken down and deleted.
  9. Right now Jimmy Flinstone has them. JoHan should be getting them too. Thx
  10. I mastered this body a few years ago for my Penngwen Hobbies. But things happened and it sat. I asked the guys at JoHan if they wanted to work on this with me. Jimmy Flintstone is casting it. I am doing a series of decals for it. The body is a 73/74 ASA short track type body. Thanks. Video from Mark Batson a great channel.
  11. Check Mike's decals online???
  12. The AMT chassis, with mods, is a better pick. Use two AMT to splice and make the WB match the older car. I've done 3-4 this way. Correct for the era and you can use the GM or Ford front suspension if you know which the prototype used. Thx
  13. I know the original kit was alter a little for a reissue when Monogram was altering all the Tom Daniel kits. Circus Wagon = Hangman Dog Catcher = Sand Shark Trick T = Stinger ETC.......but I figured Atlantis would just reissue the Pinro in altered state like it did with Horn Toad/ Rattler. So are they retooling to the original kit??? That would be a good thing but I may have run a batch of the altered tool THEN retooled it. IMHO! Or is the tool is broken and not usable?? Thx
  14. Look into the book '100 year marathon' to see what China's goals are world wide and to the USA. Something had to be done. Become informed about more than our plastic toys. PS I have worked with people in China. The PEOPLE are great.......government not so much. Thanks
  15. Thanks, YES LMR 16" wheels.
  16. Waiting on parts so just checking and cleaning things.......Still very happy to have found her......
  17. I like the PPP wheels and tires
