Online hobby shop recommendations

When I need something that my regulars do not have......last resort....Amazon. -
We have crackheads and drugies here, not many, there are only about 5,000 residents in the county. But EVERYONE has a gun, lots of dogs too. So the crackheads tend to go after businesses and commercial property knowing no one is there after hours. Two idiots broke into a quarry a few miles from my house. They stole stupid stuff like a conveyor belt motor. Then they went after copper wire......copper wire that was HOT with 220 volts. One got fried.....the other left and a few days later tried to sell the motor they stole......he must have been very sad.....NOT!

You have a nice, clean build.....good detail. I wanted a model of this car for YEARS.........then a friend of mine in NJ, about 2014, said Revell had spent the day with his friends S&H Torino......I could not believe it!!! I've built a S&H version but also a Bill Elliott NASCAR first race version! Well Done

AMT kits suck!
Dave Van replied to Plumcrazy Preston's topic in General Automotive Talk (Trucks and Cars)
Botcott ALL AMT kits and you cut the kits available by about 50%...... I enjoy all kits in one way or another. I like to MAKE them look good. And I have fun. box stock other than tires. -

Boils down to a persons Point Of View....... Most AMT tooling is 50 or more years old and is different than a kit tooled today. I find that almost any model can be made to look good......depends on how much work put into the kit. Two AMT kits. AMT Lil Gasser converted into a log hauler: A more stock build....same era kit ass the KW you spoke of. Peterbilt COE by AMT -
My daughter's clothes dyer that calls her and asks, once the clothes are dry, to tumble them or stop.

Dirty Mary Crazy Larry Charger color?
Dave Van replied to slusher's topic in Model Building Questions and Answers
There was a website out there that had a story about the film being 'color corrected' and making the car on film a slightly different color than the real car was. So it depends on what you want....a model of the car as it would appear in person or on film. I built one tears ago before we had a good tunnel back Charger. I used Testors bug yellow with a little green; When R2 brought out there snap Charger I built another Dirty MAry Charger. It was painted with Tamiya light green and then yellow. It works for me. -
My first thought when I saw it!!!!
