Well Guys I got another round of molds done monday so we have a few new items for sale. The Peterbilt Ultra Cab turned out pretty good I think. Taking orders now they are 40.00 and come with door panels, dog house and cab extensions. The master cab was crafted by Ryan Mylnek for me. He used an Italeri 378 cab and enlarged the windows, added the rivet detail under them, enlarged the safty glass, updated the door handles, added the Ultra Roof and made the rear cab wall for a walk through sleeper ( he is working on a 70 in. Unibilt sleeper for it now ) I have most of the new items listed on e-bay now but have not got them added to the web site yet. You can check them out at this link. http://shop.ebay.com/porkynpetunia/m.html?_nkw=&_armrs=1&_from=&_ipg=&_trksid=p4340 or you can take a look at them in my photobucket at http://s821.photobucket.com/albums/zz138/porky_45/new%20resin%204-29-2010/ If your interested in anything just shoot me an e-mail at eric@ppvintagekits.com Any input on the new items is always welcome & Thanks for taking a look Ultra Cab 379 Ext Hood with Custom Louvered Grill Ultra Cab with 378 SBFA hood

Volvo N-10 by Ertl
Porky replied to modeldad's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Hey Larry Those older ertl kits were nice, they made the volvo and a pete that both had the diecast chassis, nice kits. If you like the volvo you can't beat that price, that kit most of the time is in the 30.00 + range sometimes alot higher on evil-bay. If you dont want it I would be interested in it. Would trade a few car kits for it. -

Hey Dave Thanks for the heads up, I have saw that conversion before, but I dont like the way the headlights are in it,,,they are tooo big and maybe in the wrong place or something, just dose not look correct ot me and the under door steps are not there or correct. Just my thoughs on it plus if I cast them I can build a few Not sure on doing the 4090 yet anyway but it is one I would like to do at some point, thinking I am gona do the co4000 though. John ( the guy that made the daycab 4070 has it just about done )

Yes, Daniel is the Plaskit guy, He dose very nice work too by the way. -
Hello, I saw the post you made on the Pacific P510F, that is a cool looking truck, You make up the hood and send it and I will copy it, no problem. I like the old IH cab overs so I think I am gona cast the 4070a daycab conversion but it will be as a trans kit so it can be used on a re-issue Chevy Titan as you can pick those up cheap and will take out the need for paying out the butt for one of the old transtar kits. May even do the 4070b the same way. Also a CO4000 is on the way and then maybe a 4090 Turnpike Cruiser.

Hey Ray Yep, I have been selling them on e-bay for a month or so, just have never listed them on the web site, I am getting 45.00 for the cab and hood. Should have some parts to go with them soon, the mold for the parts set for the thing gave out, gota make another one. The complete set was 60.00 had the front bumper, floorpan, firewall, breather, seats and a few other small parts the CMS ( cant member shat ) is kickin' in -
Peterbilt Ultra Roof Cab - Coming Soon
Porky replied to Porky's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Hey Brett - The pete cab, you can use the windshield from the 378 donor kit, the side windows would have to be made from clear sheet stock, same the the windows in the studio sleeper you are wanting. They are all flat and no trouble to make from the clear stock, the windshield for the studio cab is the same as a T600 KW but it dose not come with one. -
Peterbilt Ultra Roof Cab - Coming Soon
Porky replied to Porky's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
Hey Dave - I think the cab will work with the 388 hoods and be correct, the 389 hoods will fit it I think but I belive they had internal breathers. I guess the breather mount detail could be removed from this cab and then you would be good to go. -

2008 kenworth w900
Porky replied to 69_charger's topic in WIP: Model Trucks: Big Rigs and Heavy Equipment
I have not listed the studio sleeper cab on the site because the old mold is getting close to the end and its a piece that I am not going to make new molds for, I may remaster the thing at some point and offer it again but for now when this mold is gone that cab will be too, I think I only have 3 of them cast and I might get that many more, maybe. So I did not want to put them on the site and have orders for more of them than I could supply. I do need to get the W900L hood added to the site though.
