  1. I need to post my un-built kit pics so I can get started But I cant find my camera charger right now. I may have to post some phone pics for now.
  2. Get a grille from the Revell ElCamino kit and see if it fits.
  3. We need 60's super stock cheaters !
  4. I bought one of the resin 74 Monicos on ebay last year, please dont waste your money or effort.
  5. About 12-14 years ago I bought 12 AMT 69 GTX kits at once from a wholesaler but they wern't in a case. Donor kits for older Mopar kits. I've bought so many Revell 69 Camaro kits I can't count them, but never more than 2 or 3 at a time.
  6. Lost my job over a year ago, working 2 jobs and earning less than I did at one. Hope and change not working out for me. I havent even put up a Christmas tree this year.
  7. I'll bet the real fastest cars in the U.S. are homebuilts.
  8. Intros not required but are nice. Welcome, and nice builds! Looks like you like drag cars.
  9. How about the 1914 Chevy, you can't even find the resin recast of that one.
  10. My A-100 van dropped together nicely.
  11. The mold making and resin casting process does cause some shrinkage, and if a caster uses one of his castings instead of his master when replacing his molds it can become a problem. I've never had problems tith Flinstone bodys thoe.
  12. The one I bought is worse than a TKM and yes I've seen them.
  13. Nick, its as good as any because nothing is really correct. I hope the resin body you are getting is much better than the worthless piece I bought on ebay last year.
  14. *1, 55 Chevy 150 from "Two Lane blacktop" #2, 64 Lincoln "Deathmobile" from "Animal House"
  15. The Monogram 1/24 69 Camaro, looks like a cartoon caracture it's so bad.
  16. Is anyone casting one?
  17. Heres a sedan delivery.
  18. The sedan delivery has blanked "windows" that would need to be cut open and a "C" piller made and added in.
  19. There are a LOT of differances, the Nomad has a lower roof, and the roof is shorter with more angle to the tailgate and liftglass. The "B" post are angled on the nomad which also has hardtop doors without post framework. (upper doors) R&R makes a resin 210 wagon, and Modelhouse makes a sedan delivery, both are better starting points.
  20. It's not custom if you don't modify it yourself. I'm looking forward to this kit.
  21. Best of luck, I'm looking forward to doing busness.
