Does anyone have pics of a built amt chevy bel air 409 ?
tubbs replied to ERIK88's topic in Model Cars
I see varied colors on the valve covers, can someone tell me what color they used and what color a factory Z/11 should be? I also hear that the kit interior is incorrect for a Z/11 car, is this true? I think MCW has the proper interior. would it be worth it to buy it? -
Fenderwell Headers in Resin?
tubbs replied to CHEVY2MUCH's topic in Car Aftermarket / Resin / 3D Printed
I found these..... http://www.reliableresin.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=238 I thought speed city made them too, but can't find them on their site. maybe comp resins.... -
sounds killer Chuck!! I cant see the pictures here at work so I will have to take our word for it. the only thing that sounds a little kiltered is the EFI is a lot more modern than the McCulloughs. that sounds just "old school" to me. I would go with the EFI/supercharger myself. btw, is the falcon a resin piece? I want a 62/3 sooooooo bad, but will not reach in the pocket for one.

nice build. one you don't see too often.

boxes that wine come in are usually divided. same with glassware. not as easy to come up with as toilet paper or plastic bags, but you may luck out if they are stocking shelves at wally world.

where is the distributor? older hemis are in the rear but I cant follow the wires, never seen dual plug heads on an older hemi? radiator must be in the back trunk. pretty wild ride,

Pro Touring Cars, Yay or Nay?

I am not sure in what you mean by "so called car guys", but "bashing" as you call it, is the American way. we all love cars, just our style more than others. if everyone conformed to one way, it would be pretty boring... and there is no "right".... just likes and dislikes I love football, I hate the steelers and "BASH" them any chance I get. Pro Touring Cars, Yay or Nay?

ok, another question, how wide does a tire have to get before a pro touring car becomes a pro street car? I have seen pro touring cars with narrowed rear ends, or did I? I guess you can tub a pro touring car, but I guess once you start moving frame rails inward, it becomes a pro street?
