  1. Oh and I found an old NASCAR kit with the roof caved in. Can you say Zombie scout car? G
  2. Eye candy huh? Here ya go! A zombie hunting party, that's me in the middle. G
  3. I got the suspension swapped around so the truck sits taller. It's still 2WD, but with the wheel/tire combo it should look good. Camera batteries are charging, pics to come. G
  4. Time to time? Jonathan you are worse than me. There are many reasons topics receive ambiguous titles. I believe most fall into the "inexperienced poster" category. That and a definate lack of written communication skills. I will keep Skip's suggestions in mind, and hope everyone else will. G
  5. Curled up in the fetal position, sucking his thumb right about now. G
  6. My Israeli Sherman is complete and posted in Other Models, the bench is cleared. Let's party. G
  7. Cyber Hobby's Orange box kit, MM enamels, Tamiya crew figures. G
  8. You MUST participate in our Post Apocalyptic Group build. G
  9. Exactly, and I want to be there. G
  10. Head shots. Sever the medulla, drops 'em like a sack of stones. G
  11. Here's one more for inspiration. http://www.armorama.com/modules.php?op=modload&name=SquawkBox&file=index&req=viewtopic&topic_id=187119&page=1 I don't know this guy, but his build is cool. G
  12. When discussing faster than light travel, Einstein's theories were mentioned as the reason it will never be achieved . When asked for confirmation, Hawking mentioned something like "Maybe so, but I'm still working on it." Don't discount anything. G
  13. I think AFV Club makes a 1/35th scale deuce and a 5 ton. There is a resin 5 ton available from Tankworkshop but it's expensive as all get out. Tamiya makes a deuce but it's a WW2 era Studebaker I believe. G
  14. Retired the first time at 51. Paperless? Hahahahahahah the state of Nevada kills a rainforest a month. G
  15. Mike, If I recall correctly, anything based on a M113 chassis had a Chrysler 360 ci engine. We didn't use those, but boy I drove a lot of Deuces in my day, 5 tons too. G
  16. The police department where I spent my career was always known as being on the leading edge of technology. Quite a bit of the initial DNA research occurred in midtown, just a stones throw from my office in homicide. One of my detectives actually solved a case mostly with computer searches from the office once. That was a unique case and was never done again, but it heralded the things to come. We still need to get out and beat the bushes looking for clues, but now we have better guidance and do not waste so much time. At 56 I consider myself fairly adept, technologically speaking, due to my profession. When I retired and moved here to Vegas I had a steep learning curve in the gaming industry. I had to learn how a slot machine works, how the Race/Sports books calculate odds, and generally a whole bunch of math I never dreamed I'd need. Way beyond math for Marines LOL. We are formulating a Cyber Crimes Division, as the Gaming Commission just approved online gambling here in Nevada. This will be interesting to see. Does the division get a bunch of computer savvy young 'uns, or a good mix of us old timers and the wizz kiddos? I feel fortunate I was put in a position where my job skills required constant updating due to technological advances. Just don't ask me to program my coffee pot. G
  17. I can see this starting in the aftermarket, Parts Pack anyone? The files will become more and more complex, resulting in the consumer purchasing a bigger better computer, printer, et al. The economic growth potential in our hobby, as well as the related computer and printer industries, will be enormous. It can be a win win situation for all. G
  18. No Army in my house, USMC only. G
  19. Bridal Tulle is good as well. Looks like chain link, and $4 buys enough to last for several apocalypses er apocalyi, er a whole bunch of disasters............ G
  20. All sorts of MM Metalizers with names like Burnt Iron, Jet Exhaust, Dark Anadonic Gray, you know the FUN stuff! Walked out of the LHS carrying like 11 bottles. G
  21. I spent $65 on paint just for this build today. Bwahahahahahahahah! G
  22. Good job Sarge. The colors look spot on. A tip if I may, You can move decals easily before Micro Sol by flooding the area with water. Blot them into place with a Qtip, then apply Micro Sol. Then NO NO DONT TOUCH! I'm keeping it simple, I know how soldiers are............................................. G
  23. Ok, game on Junior.................... I going to give you a piece of Danno's mind next time I see you. G
