Though the paint may look good on camera Bob, you're the one who has to look at on the shelf when it's done. If you're not happy with it, strip it and repaint it. If the finished model is going to be a continuing source of disappointment, then what's the point of even building it? Build something you'll enjoy. David G.

It looks like you have a great start on this. Such an unusual kit. I can't recall that I've seen one in the box let alone built up. David G.

Dang, that's a lot of work! I can only imagine trying to tuck all those wires. ? Exceedingly well done! I built Proton Packs for mine and added some detail to the interior, including working dome light so it could all be seen. Other than that, just a standard Polar Lights kit. Yours on the other hand, Complete Craziness! Regards, David G.

I remember this kit! My brother had one back around 1974! ? What you've done so far looks great! I'm sure you'll give it more than it's due. BTW, what kind of condition are the decals in? David G.

Hello Everybody! Here's (hopefully) the final chapter of the Saga of the Side-View Mirrors. With the wedges added and filed to match the base and a coat of Dupli-color flat black applied to them, here is what they look like now. I'm considering filing the base on each one down a little thinner, but the wires I installed would make doing this neatly and cleanly a bit of a challenge. Given that, I think I can be happy with this. In either case, mission accomplished! The mirrors now look more like side-view mirrors than bat ears. The thick bases don't seem that noticeable but I'm still considering filing them down a little. As always, thanks for taking the time to look and please feel free to share your thoughts and opinions. David G.

Thanks for the example photos Bob, it's great to see the process you used. It all looks like it came out of the box that way. Again, excellent work! David G.

Andy, I'm sorry to learn of your accident and injuries and I wish you a quick and strong recovery. I'm also glad that you've decided to continue building. David G. -
Fantastic idea for the helmet! ? It looks so much better than the chrome one. Where did you get the Alder badge and crosses? I have seen a few versions of this kit built and yours is quite probably the best one. I love to build one of these myself as a companion to my Mummy Machine. Well Done! David G.

A well rendered piece of auto racing history. Well Done! David G.

The raked stance, the staggered wheels and tunnel ram, you certainly nailed that Seventies look Kim! I love the engine bay detail too. David G.

What an unusual and cute little car, it looks like a Ghia design. The build looks great, good idea cutting the side windows down. Nicely done! David G.
