    The Stratos builds up nicely, great to see the Mk2 Escort coming back out though. I wonder who owned the molds when Revell repopped it?

    Sometimes when normal bleach won't work, caustic soda does the trick. I wonder if it's got a different name over there?

    Halfords have, or at least had Boston Green in rattle cans. You can decant that and use it without thinning if they still have it.

    I think they're 20% bigger than US gallons, but why did that even happen?

    LOL, plug wires are plug leads, aluminum is aluminium. The boot and bonnet thing gets hard to explain on a rear engine car! We have hoods too, but they're the folding roof on a convertible. Good subject.

    Any tips on painting wheels and tyres that are cast as one piece JC? My recent first attempt is nothing like that nice.

    Classic car prices are through the roof again. I saw E-type Jags advertised at well into 6 figures in one of the UK mags last week. And that's in Sterling. God know what a Cobra is worth now.
