Good to see the Transit back again.

They are both 1/24th scale, there's really not much difference between the Mk1 and Mk2 mechanically, so you can have an (incorrect...) BDA in your MK1 if it can be kit bashed without too much trouble using the kits JC has shown above. Trouble is, they're hard to get hold of now and you'd need a Tamiya Lotus Europa for a correct engine which would need a rwd gearbox.. I'll just build it out of box when I eventually get one. Can't wait!!

And you can make an RS 2000 with an amt Pinto 2 litre engine.

Soon...I think they're waiting on the other decals to be approved, so we can build both versions.

I'd line them all up in Golf GTi's or some other road car once a year for a full 2 hour race and see how they get on.... In the distant past they used to drive lots of different stuff like F2 and tin tops, Jim Clark in a mk1 Lotus Cortina for example. Last one I remember was most of the F1 squad racing Mercedes 190E Cosworths, which Senna won from Prost. The cream always rises to the top.

I have the same one Ken with Eddie decals, thought was a mistake at the factory as they're not on the box art anywhere, obviously not though.

A Porsche 928 would be a cool build of a Gasser, it's too modern of course but at least it has a V8 in the front
